Wet Seal

I came here just for 1 thing. Quick in and out. I stood behind some people who she called up to the register then before she was done she told us we weren’t in line and we had to get behind a couple on the other side where the people behind us were closer to so we ended up behind them. The couple she wanted us behind ended up waiting longer since they needed a manager. So Genesis or Jenise, the dumb ass at the register ended up just putting me behind a couple that had about 10 items now having me wait longer since she had to fold every piece. When u asked why she did that she said there is only one line always. I asked where it said the line was over there and she said they didn’t have one but the line is always over there. Something I guess I’m suppose to kno even tho I don’t ever shop there. But lemme ask this. If the original couple was before the people I stood behind then why did u help them first if the line is ALWAYS over there?!
I asked for a name and she mumbled something which is why I give 2 names. But then when I asked her to repeat it she said she didn’t have to give me her name. I guess her manager was standing next to her the whole time but never said a word when I was asking my questions. What a great manager…
I guess u don’t need to have brains to work at this place. I hope corporate knows. And just in case the name was wrong and someone wants to check who was working that day… I went April 11 around 5ish

The ladies working here are very sweet. I agree with the previous reviewer. I was greeted by more than one sales associate and asked if I needed any help. They were very friendly and helpful with the current promotions.
In terms of the store, Wet Seal is known for their penny clearance. Meaning, if you buy one clearance item, you can get another clearance item for a penny. I lowered their rating down one star because it is very rare that I can find two clearance items to get that second one for one cent. They also have additional 60% off clearance sometimes, so you can find dresses for less than $ 10!

Whoever does the hiring for this store should pat themselves on the back. Your sales associates are absolutely the sweetest! They are always helpful, smiling and ready and willing to suggest items. I take both of my daughters here shopping often. Since they were younger and now that they are both adults, we meet here. I never walk away from this store without buying way too much. Which is good… because I love clothing.
I can always get soooooo many clothes for sooooooo little money.

My girls had a great experience shopping here on sat. I think her name was Marianna. She was wonderful!!! She figured out what there style was and then helped them pick out several outfits. They ended up xoming home with tons of clothes because of her and of coarse the 40% sale they were having.

Average sized wet seal. Well organized and obviously super to overtly trendy juniors clothing
