I came in here needing work pants and not knowing what I wanted or what would look good. The helpful stylist immediately picked out three pairs of pants and whisked me into a dressing room. Two of the pairs looked amazing, and they were things that I would NEVER have picked out for myself. I will definitely come back here when I need to add to my wardrobe.

BCBGMAXAZRIA is a beautiful clothing brand in the Max Azria clothing empire. There are beautiful dresses, chic work wear, and everyday staples all of the best quality. They also offer a great selection of heels/​flats/​sandals and accessories strewn about the store. Since this BCBG is a smaller volume store, the stylists at this location are better able to tend to all the needs of their clients. I’m talking head to toe wardrobing, glasses of champagne/​wine/​water, and even styling appointments.
It is policy that you cannot return things here for a full refund in most cases but you can return within 10 days for store credit or exchange. The reason for this is that SOOOO many people buy BCBG pieces that they cannot afford, so they wear them, and then try to return them which is unfair to the business. So ladies, sorry that those perpetual returners ruined it for the rest of us. But good news is that if you buy the item and decide you want to return it THAT DAY, you can get a refund, or if the item was damaged when you bought it and they are out of that item.
The staff here really bend over backwards for you because they have a sense of entrepreneurial pride, not because they make commission (because they don’t at this low volume store). They always know the latest trends and know everything there is to know about the product in the store. Unfortunately this is the only location for miles, the next stores are all near LA so if you love BCBG, gotta snag it here! Also, if this store doesn’t have what you’re looking for, they will find it for you and have it shipped right to your home. In this case, if you don’t like it, you CAN return it for a refund (just don’t wear it first).

However, one star is being generous, due to the absurd return policy of the store.
Even if you return a dress the same day with all tags still attached and have the receipt in hand, you cannot get a refund of your money here in any way. You can only get store credit (not good online or at outlet stores) or an exchange within 10 days. If you later lose that receipt, you won’t even have store credit. And if the La Cumbre store closes, you’ll have quite a drive to make to try to use that credit.
