I came in with low expectations, because I rarely shop or find anything here. However, the cashier was quick to offer help and pointed me out to the sales! She was super friendly and very attentive. When I was browsing the sales rack I was carrying 3 items and she kindly took them from me and hung them at a fitting room for. Overall, great and friendly staff (:

The staff at this store is remarkably helpful. At first I was a little annoyed at how eager the girl was to help me choose an outfit, but in the end I actually appreciated her hand.
I was shopping here in late 2014 for a birthday and Christmas party dress. I couldn’t find anything I really liked the first time around, and the sales girl remembered my name, the special occasions, and my favored style on my second visit. She was very friendly and invited me to a store party they were going to have in the near future.

The store clerks are always bright and cheery and helpful in a non-​encroaching, non-​lurking sort of way. The selection in this Bebe is a bit limited (thus the four stars); it’s just a smaller store. When I try things on, they politely offer to bring different sizes. The manager does a great job of hiring staff at this store!
In general, Bebe stores always have cute and trendy clothes. I can always find things to fit my size XS (in fact, they even have an XXS for the very slender lovelies).
I moved away to San Diego, but I continue to stop into this Bebe every time I visit Santa Barbara!

Friendly staff and sweet they allways greet me when i walked in and asked if i need help also they offer me how i cant take advantage of their discounts and the store is always clean and items in place.

I had a generally positive experience with this store location. The store personnel seemed helpful and it was in the middle of a pleasant shopping environment. I do wish there were some place to sit in the store while shopping as it can get a bit tiring, but overall, this is a good spot to shop.
