I needed to have my gallbladder removed, so I did a little research online and pick Dr. Bounoua to do the surgery. From the moment I walked into the office, to my follow-​up appointment after surgery, the entire staff and the doctor were so welcoming and caring. I actually went into the office, just to try to get my first appointment set up, because I happened to be right around the corner. The receptionist never made me feel like I was imposing and was able to squeeze me in with the doctor first thing the next morning. At my final follow-​up appointment, Dr. Bounoua had a nice smile on her face, despite the fact that she hadn’t slept at all the evening before because of surgeries. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to her! Wish there were more doctors like her in Santa Barbara!

You want a top surgeon who cares about you? Get Dr. B on the case. Ignore that fool who wrote a specious review. This woman knows her stuff, will do the job right, and will make you feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about her. Always available to handle your concerns.

The best skill/​bed side manner hands down! As a woman I prefer a female. My experience was nothing short of excellent!

They have horrible customer service and the doctor is a joke. Please save yourself the headache. I would look else where for medical care. Don’t trust Dr. Bounoua!
