The minute I walked into this store, i KNEW I was going to find something extraordinary for my bathroom renovations. First, I was greeted by the extraordinary Yazmin, who has an amazing eye for color, detail, style, and the innate ability to help you find exactly the perfect products, even when you don’t know what you want… and her patience is endless! Every time I thought I’d found exactly the right combination, I’d turn around and see something even MORE extraordinary and beautiful… and then we’d start over again, with a laugh and more smiles! I felt like a kid in a candy store with my new friend helping me– so many lovely tiles and stone to choose from! It’s a quiet, sane setting where each customer gets complete attention (unlike a certain competitor whose idea of customer service is worse than lackluster!). On my third visit, I was just about ready to finalize my order when I saw the most AMAZING sculpted tile out of the corner of my eye– like nothing i’d ever seen before. And so… one more round, decision finally made, and then I couldn’t WAIT to see the miracle unfolding in my new home. Yazmin offered recommendations of reputable contractors upon request, and even the contractor I chose hadn’t seen this extraordinary sculpted stone before. It’s by far the highlight of my renovated condo– everyone feels so drawn to it, and I feel like i’m taking a shower in the middle of an art piece before I step out onto my elegant coordinated floors. I can’t speak highly enough of Yazmin’s talent, knowledgeability and graciousness… and of the ambience at Buena Tile, the very reasonable prices, tasteful selection, and sincere desire to make each customer’s experience a pleasant, fulfilling one. I talked to a few other customers while I was there who felt the same as I did; they kept coming back, entranced by the exceptional selection and the focus on truly serving each customer. Yazmin and Blue are the best! I recently remodeled my home and used them for all the tile and design for my kitchen and bathrooms.
Yazmin is very knowledgable and has amazing vision and patience.
Blue is a man of his word and gets the job done.
