The Goddess DOESN’T Deliver! I waited 6 days for my delivery! There were 6 emails &5 phone conversations with 3 different employees Gerard, Elliott & Manny all of whom assured me they were doing all they could although I still did not get my order. Gerard & Elliott blamed it on the ineptitude of their delivery service, Manny admonished ME for not ordering in a timely manner though he later admitted he had read the time stamp on my order wrong. The experience was annoying and I never did get my order. Now I guess I have to hound them to refund my credit card… aaahhh! This order was over $ 200, my last order was almost $ 500. The«free gift» you get is ½ g of weed… wowzer! My advise: Don’t waste your time with these jokers!

Let me preface this review with two things. 1. I am a newbie with my med card(within the last month) 2. I hate giving bad reviews, especially because I try to give each place a 100% whole hearted try. But, this place has been a hassle. It wasn’t just one thing that drove me to be unhappy, it was a combination of instances and the customer service I received. My sister and I placed an order on a Tuesday night. Wednesday morning, she gets a call that they do not accept patients under the age of 21. Fair enough! Totally missed that. Wednesday afternoon, I place an order under my name(I’m 24), I get a phone call notifying me that they are not taking new patients. When I ask if it is just today or for a while, they tell me it’s just on that day but no further information is given to me. I proceed to let the guy on the phone know that I’m already expecting a refund from my sisters order and now another one from my order. He makes an exception and pushes my order through. great! BUT…the Thursday goes by and it’s about 2pm and I try and call to see where my shipment is. The girl on the phone explains to me that they need to «track» my package because they don’t know where it is. And that I will get a call or an email in a couple hours. 4pm rolls around and I call again. I FINALLY get on the phone with someone who is willing to give me more information than before. She explains that there has been some difficulties with their delivery service which is why they were not taking new patients and orders have been delayed. I felt so much better now that I knew this place wasn’t messing with me. But alas, another complication surfaces. It took my sister and I calling twice today(Friday) to find out where the package was. When it finally arrived, it had everything we ordered and two measly«gifts» of THC caplets. Not that I was expecting much, but don’t you think good customer service would include some more items as a thank you and apology for the WEEK long ordeal it took to finally get this package? I’ll give this place one more try in the future, but if anything goes wrong, I’m going to have to find another delivery service. I hope this place can get their issues figured out and get back on the great customer service train I read so much about.
