Dishonest, rude, and lazy — that’s Good Management. They refer clients to the board president to gain his support which is an illegal conflict of interest. The board president is a 67 year old handyman without a business or a contractors license and yet the property manager provides him referrals. Ethically and legally wrong, but they’re a perfect match. The management company makes it difficult to complain because they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, or letters. A corrupt and complacent board keep them in power. The property manager dispenses legal advice without an attorney’s license which is illegal in the State of California. The board completed a fountain in the midst of the worst drought in California history. No building permit, no consultation with owners, no nothing. A complaint has been filed with the California Architecture Board against the«sustainability» architect and current board member who designed the fountain. The board and property manager are oblivious to complaints from owners and the California civil code. A petition has been filed by owners to recall the entire board. Ultimately the blame falls on the owner of Good Management for keeping the property manager employed. Give a dishonest, rude, and lazy property manager a little power, and it’s a disaster. Stay away from this company and its owner. Nothing good to say about Good Management. They’re the worst.

HORRIBLE company. We had to take our homeowner’s association to court TWICE because the advice from Good Management’s McKenna was so wrong. this company gets associations to raise their dues, ignores maintenance issues consistently, and makes the individual homeowners SUE to get what they rightfully deserve under the CCRs! We won both times, yet this company keeps telling our board that they are right! INSANE. Our property values have declined horribly since the board hired them.
