Fantastic selection of styles. K. Frank always seems to have the pulse of the latest fashion trends. Love the children’s section as well. The service from both the owners and floor personnel is exceptional. Certainly a top clothier on the West Coast.

This store is on the pricey side. The merchandise is very nice. They have great jewelry but, the staff is unfriendly, not helpful and just rude. For the price of merchandise I would expect better costumer service. I’ve walked in unnoticed before because, the staff, I think even the manager, was to concerned gossiping with other staff. Really, the staff is what ruined it for me.

I don’t get into this store very often, but whenever I do I wish I could crawl into a corner and just live among all of the beautiful things they have. The owners are a couple who are very friendly with customers, the store is enormous and I think that the buyers (who I think are the owners) have impeccable taste. It’s nice to have a family-​run store in State Street, it makes me wish I had more time/​money to shop! Keep up the good work, K. Frank!

K. Frank is run by the most fashion forward couple in Santa Barbara! You know when you purchase a clothing item there that you will be wearing the most sophisticated and unique look in town. You’re not going to see your dress, sweater, jeans, or shirt all over town. I think that’s fabulous :)
