This mini mart has been here forever and is one of those timeless, understated places that would be terribly missed if they were to disappear. It is a basic market in a prime location that does not look like much, but it gets the job done.

Not cheap, but convenient.
Great place to nip in and grab a snack or a drink (soda, water, juice, etc.) if you’re walking around State Street/​Santa Barbara and don’t want to pop in to a sit-​down restaurant/​café/​bar, or anything like that.
Quick service, but be prepared to pay. You’re a captive audience — I didn’t find many other places along our stroll to pop into for something quick.
