I highly recommend NLC Productions. I recent had NLC produce all the florals for my wedding and as an event planner I was VERY particular. Nico and his team were open to my requests but they also provided an encouraging opinion, which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend NLC for any special event in the SB area.

Nico designed the most Amazingly beautiful flowers for my SB wedding. They were breathtaking. He took my vision and made it even more spectacular than what I could ever dream. He is professional and goes above and beyond what is expected. My flowers were so spectacular my now husband stated he wants to buy me the same arrangement every year for our anniversary.

I can’t say enough about Nico and his team, after working to include my vision (not just my wife’s) in our wedding 5 years ago, he helped us out again, with only 7 days notice! to re-​create our wedding design for our 5^th anniversary party. We really had no idea what to expect when we walked in and I was blown away at how perfect it was and the smile on my wife’s face was priceless!

Nico in a word is FABULOUS.
He came so very highly recommended by our other wedding vendors and perfectly captured our vision and coral/​blush/​ivory/​white color palette to create a stunning backdrop that literally took my breath away when I saw the finished version at our reception.
Some of my favorite parts of working with him were:
— He is extremely familiar with all of the Santa Barbara venues and vendors so was able to highlight the natural beauty of our venue and showcase how gorgeous Southern California is (great for out of town guests).
— Getting married outdoors presents many logistical concerns (wind, animals, lighting) and Nico was prepared with solutions and back up plans for everything
— He also surprised us and coated our outdoor aisle with white and ivory rose petals which created the most beautiful ceremony area-​what bride wouldn’t love to walk down an aisle that looked so incredible?
— His collection of furniture décor is fantastic-​instead of traditional escort card tables, Nico organized ivory cards with colored ribbons hanging from wrought iron gates (a nod to my British heritage).
— He has tons of ideas about how to re-​purpose flowers throughout the event-​ie bridesmaids bouquets were used on the dinner bar, aisle arrangements from the ceremony were transferred to the couch/​sitting area, table flowers were used for brunch the next morning, etc
He is truly a creative genius and my mom and I ADORED working with him-​wish we could do it all over again!

I never thought I cared much about flowers until I met Nico and he opened my eyes to the beautiful creations he puts together for his clients. I know next to nothing about flowers so I brought him some photos of different arrangements I liked and he built upon those images to create such incredibly beautiful floral. It was seriously some of the most amazing floral design I have ever seen and our guests were just as wowed as we were. I’m pretty sure there was not one centerpiece left at our reception. In addition to Nico’s phenomenal talent with putting together wonderful floral he is truly passionate about the work he does and seems to really enjoy working with brides from many different backgrounds. He went above and beyond by revising our proposal umpteen times to better fit our budget and needs.

Nico and NLC Productions are so talented! Nico is a creative genius who knows the ins and outs of the flower marts, has tons of resources for unique containers and even does amazing custom builds and designs. I hired Nico and his team for my largest event of the year and they exceeded every expectation. My clients and their friends were in constant awe of each floral display. NLC has amazing flowers and the ability to make each event uniquely it’s own!

Nico and the NLC team were amazing! They made our rehearsal dinner and wedding day look fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. We felt they really cared about us and our design, and made our dream come to life. All of guests commented on how clean and tasteful everything was. Nico Cervantes is a designer and a true talent. He and his wonderful team just created the the florals and lighting for our daughter’s wine country wedding at a private estate. What Nico did was truly perfection. He has an artist’s soul and we are so thrilled our wedding planner (Rani Hoover) recommended him!
