Why is there no «0 stars» option? Turns out nobody knows how to call for backup on register because there were 10 people straightening shoes and hats on the floor, but only two clearly inexperienced girls working register during a rush. I’m thinking none of the employees give a rip.

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. I came in and found a pair of shorts that I wanted to purchase but they didn’t have my size so I asked this girl who worked there if they had my size somewhere in the back of the store, she said they don’t have a back just go backs by the dressing room so I asked her again if she could check there instead. She came back in less then 2 minutes(assuming she didn’t even bother to look) so I asked if I could order it from the store. She seemed annoyed that she had to do her job but I ignored it. After she placed the order I was in the store another 20 min while my friends continued shopping. I noticed I never got a confirmation email so I went up to the girl and said I never got a confirmation email I just want to make sure you wrote my email correctly, she said«oh ya I did. You’ll get the email when it ships.» And then she walked away. I know for most online shopping sights you always get a confirmation email and then a email when your items have been shipped. Not wanting to deal with this lazy employee anymore I called old navys costumer service to make sure everything was in order. Turns out I was right and then some. She wrote the wrong email… and ordered two random shirts instead of the ONEPAIROFSHORTS I asked her and even showed her. She was incompetent at her job and will never order from old navy again and will never shop at that old navy store again.

I have always enjoyed the customer service but this last trip was extremely exceptional. «Kyle» was particularly helpful this last trip. He was professional and had a demeanor that showed that he genuinely cared.

Sorry to say but I had the worst experience at old navy. I went on a very busy day, at the fitting rooms, no one was there too assist me, it took about 7 mins max for someone to give me a room, no one asked if I needed help in anything, cashier looked like she was in a bad mood, which shows bad attitude but I understand. I come from a busy workplace and I know how hectic it can be but still.

Good service. Prices are actually cheaper than that in the San Francisco Bay Area for identical items. The kids bought some stuff here because of this. I thought all Old Navy stores have the same pricing scheme but apparently not. Shop here if you are from the Bay Area.

My roommate and I came here to shop for new shirts and while we were shopping in the clearance section, one of the employees suggested we come in tomorrow to shop in the clearance section since everything in clearance will be 50% OFF. WHAT A DEAL! so we decided to buy what we wanted(sale or not) and we came back the next day to have a price adjustment on the clearance items. If it wasn’t for that employee who overheard us shopping for clothes and cracking silly jokes, we wouldn’t have gotten such a deal.

This Old Navy always seems to be just lacking. Today, for example, I go in looking for leggings and they have them. In heather grey. That was their only color and they had very few. Leggings are a staple at most Old Navys I visit, but it’s always a struggle to find them here. Their sale section also trends toward the XXL or the S/XS. Maybe this is because average sized shoppers shop here a lot, but I always have a hard time finding good things in their sale section in my size, which is rare for me at Old Navy. All in all, the prices are still pretty darn good and the service has never been poor for me, but selection, cleanliness, and sale section is lacking to me. If possible, try the one in Oxnard or venture south to Orange County for some really nice Old Navys.

Had a solid experience here. Was greeted by two employees once I walked in, they were in stock of most of what I was looking for, and the cashier was quick.

Small Old Navy right in the middle of State Street. I couldn’t find any jackets for men.

I like Old Navy for their cheap deals and simple clothes. Great for a student budget, and sometimes good for business casual wear. This Old Navy location is kind of messy and disorganized. I feel a little dirty when I’m shopping here too. I don’t have experience in the dressing rooms, but I don’t think I’d care to buy anything from here. Maybe the only thing that would draw me there is their $ 20 jean deals, since their jeans fit me pretty well. It’s also away from the typical shopping area of State Street, so you have to drive over there — it’s not a walk from downtown.

5 star service. There must have been something in air in SB that day because everyone we encountered was really happy and helpful… Its Old Navy, so yes, there will be a crying or screaming child somewhere in the store, but at this location, I have never waited in a long line, which for ON is really really really rare. There were several guys who helped up and everyone was really informative about their deals and sales. Two guys in particular worked really hard with us getting us different sizes and checking other locations for a shirt I really wanted in my size. It was like being at a Nordstrom. We ended up spending $ 25 bucks on 3 shirts, which is great! I really love their basics and their prices… and finally, I can say their service!!!
