This is a re-post of an old review that I agreed to take down once Jessica agreed to refund us our money. We receive a partial refund but unfortunately she is no longer making payments nor responding to email so the review is back up. STAYAWAY! Four words to describe Jessica Iverson: «Over-Promise…Under-Deliver!» On 9⁄13 Jessica accepted an order for a maternity gown for our wedding on 9⁄26. She even opted to waive the rush delivery fee! On 9⁄23 we gave her a call after failed attempts via e-mail to see where the dress was. She informed us that the dress will not be ready and she did not have enough time to send us an in-stock dress for the wedding! Jessica is refusing to issue a refund instead stated that the fact she did not deliver a wedding dress for our big day was actually our fault, telling us that«(my fiancé) didn’t leave enough time to receive her dress before her wedding when she placed her order, and by our policies that she agreed to she qualified for an exchange for something in stock/credit towards a future gown. We don’t do refunds.» Jessica, you’re in business to create wedding gowns and meet deadlines, you knew when our wedding was, you failed and ruined our big day. Give us our money back!

Quite possibly the biggest fraud I have experienced in my life. Her website says Eco friendly natural materials but we were sent a massively oversized maternity dress made in China from Polyester!!! She refuses to refund our money. Our efforts are continuing. Very flakey woman. First sample dress never arrived and she refuses to speak with us on the phone. Don’t trust her! The one star is a gift. She swears the dress is silk but the customs invoice from China says polyester too. It comes with an invoice value of $ 20 but we paid over $ 1400! This woman is not legitimate at all. I have emails if anyone wants proof.
