DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
Unless you want to deal with a real headache, just don’t do it. I was visiting from the Santa Barbara location (originally from SF) and bought a charm. The MANAGER purposely didn’t tell me about the return policy (you can only return charms to the store you originally made the purchase). So when I returned to SF and tried to return it they wouldn’t let me, even as a one time courtesy because the other store didn’t tell me the return policy.
I filed a dispute with American Express, so they credited my account back. Pandora went back and CHARGED my card again — apparently they didn’t like that chargeback. I’m still fighting this, because I should not have to be liable to pay for a stupid crap charm without even knowing the return policy.
They will jip you, and they have NO customer service since their HQ is not in US. Steer clear of these guys. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I love Pandora. Over the last 4 years I’ve assembled (thanks in part to my boyfriend) a nice collection of earrings (now discontinued, I learned), pendants, necklaces, rings, and of course the charm bracelet.
I went in to buy a polishing cloth and both women were so friendly and helpful. We discussed discontinued lines (a necklace 110 I lost on a vacation but long gone) and my charm bracelet is GLIMMERING after they polished for me.
I also lost one hook for an old pair of earrings and to replace two, it was only 10 bucks. I lost one but they only sell as a pair.
The GOLD charm bracelet is my fantasy, but it starts at 1400. It’s a good price for what it is and someday I will buy a gold charm bracelet. The gold charms do not in my view mix well with the sterling.
I am not against mixing white and yellow (whether the white is gold or platinum or sterling) but in this case, I do not like the look of the sterling charm bracelet with the gold charms (with or without stones). One is funky, pretty casual jewelry.
The other is serious/​big girl jewelry and I object less to the mixing of white and yellow colors but the casual/​elegant levels within a single piece. I am FINE pairing diamonds (lab or real) with funky earrings (a tennis bracelet or serious white gold/​3 carat lab diamond total weight), but would never put a yellow gold charm on this sterling necklace.
But someday I will get a gold bracelet and build a collection of charms.

So my saga with Pandora concluded over MLK Jr weekend with the awesome staff at this Santa Barbara location… who happily agreed to exchange my ring… WITHOUT a receipt
I had received a beautiful ring as a xmas gift but it was too large — the SF location refused to exchange my ring with their reasons being I didn’t have a receipt AND the ring was not purchased at their specific location. Read more here:

The SB staff was so incredibly nice & never balked in the slightest bit when I asked to exchange the ring… with NO receipt!
The selection at this location was top notch — lots on display & the variety was almost too much for the eyes to take in. You’ll definitely want to plan on spending a good while selecting your perfect treasure!
And the SB staff will help you do just that! Other patrons in Pandora were smiling, laughing, & having a great time picking out their charms
And though my San Francisco experience was totally 1-​Star, given the fact I was firmly advised all Pandora’s are independent franchises, I feel it’s only right to rate this shop on its own merits & those merits are nothing but 5-​Stars all the way
Unfortunately my boycott of Pandora remains in place due to the inexcusable treatment I received from the San Francisco, Union Square location but I would highly recommend anyone spend their money at the Santa Barbara Pandora
