Platinum Pool Service started in 2006 after the owner Jared Spangler graduated UCSB.

Jared Spangler grew up in Westlake Village. He migrated to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB. Being a moutain biker, hiker, trail runner, ocean swimmer, snowboarder, gardener, triathlete, Jared appreciates the outdoors. it seems that pool service is a perfect line of work for him.

Jared is trustworthy, reliable and always professional. If we have questions or concerns about our pool, Jared is always available and quick to respond. He is extremely knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with.
His prices are very competitive and the service he provides exceeds expectations!

Jared does good work and brings a good can do attitude. HIs pricing is definitely fair and he is okay if you want to buy and provide some of your own chemicals like the cholorine tabs. This is in stark contrast to a previous person who read me the riot act for even inquiring. He is capable and so far so good. It is still only a few months of service so I hope to come back in a year and give a 5 star rating!

Jared does great work. He has been cleaning my pool for years. I am very picky about everything regarding my home and I have never been disappointed. He is professional, efficient and his prices are unbeatable. I would never recommend someone or something I don’t truly believe in, so trust me, if you use him you won’t ever have to find someone again because you’ll use him forever!

Jared started servicing my pool in 2010 when I had a pump break, his quote was 25% less than anyone else’s, and I have been a client ever since. His prices are lower than industry average and he is extremely knowledgeable about servicing my pool. My dog loves him (and she thinks everyone is trying to kill her hahaha). The best part is that I never have to think about my pool. It’s always clean and if anything goes wrong I know he is going to get it fixed immediately. You can’t go wrong with with this guy. I highly recommend him — Montecito Resident.
