We just used this service for about the fifth time… we use it for all of our parties. Pro Karaōke Systems not only provides you with instant party entertainment, but the owner makes the whole experience SO easy. First he emailed us a PDF version of the song book weeks in advance so we could pick out a few songs ahead of our event. The machine comes with easy to follow personalized instructions and the owner will deliver and walk you through the whole setup as well. And last but not least, every time we’ve used this service the machine is always up to date with the latest hit songs, which makes the party that much more fun. Highly recommended!

I rented the home system for my boyfriend’s birthday. He likes stuff that isn’t really mainstream (like Korn and Breaking Benjamin and Seether, etc.) so sometime he can;t find songs to sing. It was so great that you could search the selections ahead of time. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and so, so friendly. Him and his wife came over to our house and made sure everything was set up properly. They even had me do a half run-​through of a song to make sure it was all good (AND they complimented me on my singing, so they automatically get 5 stars). Everything was so simple!
Overall, I am so glad I used their service. It was definitely a wonderful experience and I am so excited for my boyfriend and I to have another karaōke night!

Last year we rented a private karaōke room in Korea Town for a birthday celebration. It was a blast! This year, the idea came up of throwing a karaōke party at home this time.
I searched around for a karaōke system to rent. Some of the home systems out there didn’t a very big selection of songs, just mostly the big hits and karaōke standards. That’s nice, but I like a lot of metal, punk, and rock songs, and they were severely lacking in that arena. Then I came upon this company. The song list was HUGE! Closer in size to the ones you see when going out to the bar for karaōke. They were also reasonably priced in comparison to the other rental options I saw.
We booked a system a couple weeks in advance and they were easy to work with. We picked up the system the morning of the party. Mike, the owner, showed us how to hook it up and use it. He was super friendly and helpful. The system itself was easy to use and connect to the TV. The sound was great and had more than enough volume.
We had a blast, and got quite caught up, eventually kicking out the last of our friends at 4 am. I would definitely use them again.

I used this service to host a karaōke party for an event I was producing. The company came in and set up the system and provided detailed instructions — not that instructions were needed since they’ve taken care to make the operation idiot-​proof. The selection of music was huge and high-​quality.
The owner of the company (Mike?) was very service-​oriented, friendly and gave great advice. It was slightly disconcerting when he kept eyeing our dinner buffet but I figured that was to make sure the speakers were set up to provide great sound — and boy, did they ever!
Plusses: Amazing customer service, great selection, easy operation.
Negatives: The drunk singers in our group who thought they could sing — but I can’t blame the company for that!
