I ordered a custom solid wood Dutch door to replace an old metal. After pulling out my old door we realized the new door didn’t have the oak threshold as ordered. The 2 installers thought on their feet and took it back to the shop to fabricate the wood threshold. It turned out beautifully. I am completely satisfied. The price and customer service was fantastic!

Quality Window was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and Warren, a top window technician worked a minor miracle for me, completing work insulation and adjustments that I simply did not think was possible. The final product was awesome. I now highly recommend Quality Windows.

I came here upon a recommendation from a friend, after I first went to Home Depot to buy high quality Trim Line Mirror Closet Doors. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had an appointment for a measurement and a quote before I left. With one week I had the measurement taken, the order placed, and the doors efficiently installed. This was all before Home Depot could even come out to do a measurement! For a couple dollars more, it was more than worth it. H.D.‘s installation time was going to be at least 3 weeks later than Quality Windows installation, and they did a great quality job!

My family experienced a rough start with this company that lasted over several months. Because of those experiences, we then had posted a very different Unilocal review than this one however, after the owner, Eric reached out to us, we decided that based off of his professionalism, we are changing our review.
Eric was patient and took the time to listen to the issues and he did not get defensive. His tone was very calming and respectful and we are very appreciative he called us to correct the situation. We are very grateful for our screen door and we are thankful to Eric for reaching out to us in a timely manner that showed good customer service. Thank you and we wish this company the best of luck.

I’m pretty upset with the «quality» of their service. The windows were fine… they just arrived broken. both of them! Quality Windows would not fix them and did not know how to handle the case. Finally, they called their rep from Milgard out who blamed it on my installer! They said I had 5 days to inspect all materials, which is RIDICULOUS if you know about construction and how everything is always delayed. So if you don’t install, unwrap, and unframe the packaged windows within 5 days, ANY damage is now your problem. Shame on this company.

Update: Was contacted by the owner of the company, who personally apologized for the mixup and helped us figure out the best way to fix the issue. Salesman came in person also to personally apologize (he’d been unaware of the issue beforehand). The windows were installed quickly a few days later and all is well!
Original: The workmanship was great and we really do love our windows. BUT. The customer service was less than thrilling throughout the entire process. We ordered windows/​doors for our whole house (not a small chunk of change!) with installation, and they got the window count wrong not once but twice! The salesperson with whom we were working was hard to get ahold of once we paid our deposit, and only responded to our questions in one-​word answers. They got the window count wrong twice (despite coming out three times to measure and count), and installation crews would need to come on friday and a Monday since they couldn’t finish the job on one day (totally fine, but only three people showed and we were told we’d have at least four). On installation day (both of them), they realized that they didn’t have all of the windows they needed — and two of them were the wrong size — so now we have to wait AGAIN until the new ones come in to get them finished. We are really thrilled with the ones they were able to install, but the fact that this error was made three times in a row is really frustrating. We just want our house back!

We are very happy with the «quality» of workmanship from Quality Windows. From having to cut a hole in a wall, rerouting an electrical outlet, putting in a new window, re-​stuccoing an outside wall, putting in new drywall and texturing the wall, all of the work and clean-​up was excellent. We love our new window!

Very nice place. They cut new slats for my louvered window very quickly and charged me a modest price. Nice customer service and the glass was perfect.
One thing: don’t park in their parking lot. It is full of broken glass pieces and there is parking on Cota.

I went to Quality Windows after an unsatisfactory experience with another glass place in town. Quality Windows staff (especially Espy) is amazing. She is knowledgable, friendly and willing to work within customer’s parameters. I appreciated Espy’s following thru exactly by the time she said she would. Quality windows also happen to have the best selection of glass products in Santa Barbara (as far as I know).
I am looking forward to doing more business with this company.

We just had a window pane in a solarium replaced by them and have had several projects done by them in the past (shower glass, total window replacement. They do consistently good work at a good price.

To whom it may concern, a few years ago we replaced all the windows in our house using quality windows. They did such a great job we came back to them recently to get a custom casement window made. They put together a great window, called me to give me a date when it would be ready and on that date it was ready and beautiful. I love it when people do what they say they are going to do. The people working there are all very nice and friendly not to mention patient. Thanks
