My husband and I had the buffet — it was hands down, the WORST food I believe I’ve had in my life! The eggs were horrible, like powdered eggs and cold. The potatoes were inedible, cut very small and all hard, cold as well. I don’t eat meat, so I don’t know about that, and even the coffee was horrible. The first two juice glasses I picked up were also dirty. All you can eat(blah) for $ 25, wow! Mr. Hilton sure knows how to line his pockets with cheap food in a beautiful venue, so he can charge staggering prices for food I can’t even compare to anything; it was that bad. On a positive note, the server was great and brought us fresh eggs and potatoes from the kitchen, but they were just as bad. It was very hard to stomach.

I am little bit worried after checking reviews and not going to spoil my vacation. The food is okey but service needs to improve as other Unilocalers commented The place is very closed to beach and inside fess parker hotel. it is convenience for us to go instead of driving. They should focus customer service more instead of waiting long time for water, etc Nothing special for breakfast buffet items.

Despite my better judgment given the poor reviews, my family and I decided to try this restaurant for breakfast since we’re staying at the resort and it was the most convenient. I have to say, the slow service mentioned by other reviewers lived up to the poor reviews. It took about 5 minutes once we stood at the receptionist station before we were acknowledged and seated and there was no one around. Then someone did take our drink orders which was timely, but when he brought the drinks back, he mentioned something quickly about someone else coming back to take our order. About another 20 minutes went by without anyone coming. I was just about to get up and ask the receptionist what happened to our waiter when someone came by. Overall the staff were nice enough, but the restaurant was very slow, and I’m not sure what the issue was since they were not busy at the time. I also noticed one of the glasses at our table was incredibly dirty(as one of the other reviewers had mentioned) and had to ask for a replacement which I’ve almost never noticed or done at another restaurant. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the Eggs Santa Barbara, and my wife had the omelet, and we were both happy with our meals. The kids all had the children’s buffet which was $ 11, and though not the best buffet by any measure, they were happy with it, and it was cheaper than many other resort buffets we’ve been to for kids. Overall, I would only recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the resort and prefer the convenience of having breakfast there. The food is not great, but decent, though the service does appear to be fairly slow at times.

I paid $ 16 for a dry turkey sandwich, but I had a lovely view of the ocean and the convenience of not leaving the hotel for lunch, so I think that means I paid extra for being a sucker…

If you get a free buffet voucher for every morning of your stay this place is five stars! Gorgeous outdoor seating. My coffee was always full and hot and our waters were always getting refilled. Buffet was alright, good oatmeal and nice fruit selection. They also have an omelette bar and the standard bacon, french toast, pancakes, potatoes, juices, cereals and breads.

Cute resort, terrible restaurant. Incredibly slow, and the food was tasteless at best. Use your kitchenette or leave the resort for food. Ick.

Service was beyond slow. Glasses were dirty. The menu is ridiculously limited and yet outrageously overpriced. Unless you have a free voucher do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.
