What a great shop! In October 2014 we stopped in here and bought all sorts of goodies! I got a beautiful unique pair of earrings, birthday #‘s, beautiful cards and some unusual metal paperclips. We will stop in here again next time we are in Santa Barbara!

Despite the price, everything here is worth the tag. I’ve bought cards, great smelling candles, you name it. I love this place. I visit Santa Barbara solely to come here! Helpful and lovely customer service, I constantly recommend this place to friends if you have some extra pennies.

When our Mom passed away last week, we needed a rush job on a Remembrance card to take to the out-of-town service. This was a 4-sided card with many photos and text. Frank & Nicole worked tirelessly and produced an absolutely beautiful card on very short notice. This card will be a keepsake for many friends and family members and we know Mom would be so proud of being remembered in such a lovely way. Thanks Frank & Nicole for all your time, effort and concern and for making something so positive out of a sad occasion. We highly recommend Wootton’s for their quality workmanship and their caring staff.

I’ve done business here for many years but last week I had a rush job that had to look professional and polished. I didn’t understand all the parameters of how it should be done, what kind of stock should be used or how much time would be needed. I received courteous prompt attention, all the information I needed, and the results were superb. This is a small local operation and I’d go back any time with utmost confidence and a smile.

These people royally messed up a business-card order, forcing me to scramble like a headless chicken to have somebody else print the cards for an important meeting. Business cards, really! In house, too! They took about 8 days to *not* finish my business cards(«Oh, there’s something wrong with the ink»… «Oh, we can’t print it offset»… «Oh, it’s not going to be ready by tomorrow.») At every little failure I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. Such a bummer that their phone system only takes incoming calls — better communication could have saved both of us a lot of hassle! In the end, I spent a ton of money(about 3x what it would have cost elsewhere) and the cards looked really, really, really terrible. Like, photocopy quality. Something I could have done at home with a 15-year-old printer. Quality FAIL. Customer service FAIL.
