Ok, I think it’s time to update this review! It’s amazing what a change in management could do to a business. Yes, since my last visit, I’ve been going back for the sake of finishing my package. The manager called me a couple months ago after reading my complaint and he told me that they were going on a management restructuring, blah blah. The next services after that I never ever had a problem. Now, you must wonder, why I did not update my review earlier? Well, I’m not one to be easily convinced! I decided that I had to give it a few more tries before updating my review. Yes, after a few more visits both to their Santa Clara and Campbell locations, I realized that they have since improved. Scheduling an appointment has gotten a lot easier. A couple times, I called in to get a female masseuse on the same day and they got me in! Yay! In the past, it would have been challenging to make a same day appointment with a female masseuse. Also, it seems like they now employ extra masseuse to have one or two at a stand by position for walk-in or last minute appointment. I hope they will keep up the good work!

************************** 591 **************************** $ 29.99 for 1 hour, I guess I can’t expect much from any spa for that matter! My bestfriend invited me here for 2 hours massage, I wasn’t going to say no! The place is huge, at least 20 rooms, clean, and minimal. They offer Korean massage style, so the therapist said. I wasn’t feel anything, nor any pressure on any part of my body! Half of the time I was on my phone typing away! If it was any good, I would have turned off my phone and snoring away, right! Well, like they always say, you get what you pay for. Since my bestfriend paid for it, so it was it!

I patiently waited for my turn while the receptionist was talking to the customer in front on me with a smile and courtesy. Unfortunately, she was a totally different person when it was my turn. She did not even look at me and continued to type away looking at the computer screen. Finally after 3 odd minutes, I said«Hello» with a smile and a pleasant voice, all in hopes to improve her sudden PMS mood swing! No! nothing changed. I couldn’t come up with any plausible reason for her treating the customer in front of me so nicely and giving me the cold shoulder She continued to look at the computer and with a very«YOUAREWASTINGMYPRECIOUSTIME» look on her face asked, YEAH? I wanted to get a massage after having had a long week and was not ready to be brought down by someone like her. So, I continued in my sweet voice to ask her if they had any open slots for the evening. She flatly refused — «NO» and continued her typing and IGNORING act. After a minute, I asked if they had anything for tomorrow. But then seeing her attitude, I just didn’t feel like giving them my business. So I said, «Nevermind, thanks» and walked away. Before exiting, I asked her for her name. As I reached the door, she calls me back and says… We have an open slot in 45 minutes… Ummm, EXCUSEME? Now that I ask for your name, all of a sudden you have an open slot for the evening? What exactly were you doing in the last 10 minutes? Just because something is cheap does not mean it’s worth it. Perhaps the owners should teach their«receptionist» employees the meaning of the word.
