There are so many aspects of Anne that deserve recognition, but in the interest of those reading I’ll try to keep it as succinct as possible. In the end though, I wish there were more Anne Hansen’s in this world.
I have VERY high standards for the people I work with, and Anne has over delivered and exceeded our expectations yet again as she helped us buy this home in 2010.
Anne is absolutely one of the top professionals in her industry. She not only has a great gauge on the ever changing Bay Area market but also has the ability to quickly evaluate a property for its true value specifically to the audience that property speaks to. In our case, Anne evaluated our neighborhood and homes in the area, spent the time walking in and around our property and after a couple days of due diligence provided my wife and I her recommended listing price based on a list of repairs and renovations that she suggested be completed before the property was listed. Like any home owner I was initially reluctant to start shelling out money for improvements, but after reviewing what she was proposing and comparing our property to the price points of others I realized it would without question be in our best interest to take Anne’s advice or dramatically reduce the price.
Anne didn’t stop with just the recommendation; she helped with implementation. Anne has built a network of professional to deliver on the vision she has for her properties and clients. Again, in our case Anne connected us with several teams to paint the interior and exterior, completely renovate our landscaping, replace outdated aspects of our home like light fixtures and carpeting, repair and replace fencing, properly stage the home and so much more.
Anne Hansen is so much more than a realtor. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, hardworking, ethical and talented you will be hard pressed to find anyone better than Anne Hansen.
