When my new toshiba ultra book had lines in the screen, I was horrified as this wasn’t a cheap laptop. I called hq ASAP for warranty repair. They told me I can send it to Tennessee but won’t get it back for like 10 biz days. What? So they offered me another solution — get it repaired here. Thank God for this place. The tech guy was really friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and really efficiently. The screen was replaced in a day. And it didn’t cost me anything since the warranty covered it with no shipping cost! I highly recommend this place for toshiba warranty repairs.

Brought in my all in one desk top which had a fried mother board due to Toshiba’s recommended bios update. Toshiba said the job took 2 weeks, Stan did it in less than 2 days. Computer was under warranty so it cost $ 0 out of pocket! I highly recommend this place.

The internal microphone on my new Toshiba laptop suddenly stopped working and I needed it to make calls. Several calls to Toshiba were fruitless — they wanted me to send in my laptop to Tennessee for warranty repairs for at least 10 days, even though they couldn’t confirm the problem. I found Applied Information Technology via Toshiba’s list of recommended repair shops and called them. Stanley was helpful, honest, and fast. He was able to replicate the problem and had a new part installed within two business days. Also, everything(including labor) was covered under the warranty, which Toshiba said possibly wouldn’t be. They seem to mostly do corporate computer support and repair but Stanley was gracious, conscientious and happy to help me get my laptop back in working order. I will definitely be bringing my laptop back in the future if I have other problems, even once it’s out of warranty.
