If it wasn’t bad enough you forgot to give me my cake, you left out the gravy for my mashed potatoes. Thanks for the dry meal.

Before even trying the food these guys earned a great review! Starting with the register, very fast to order and food came out with a smile . I ordered the turkey carver. Delicious as usual! My wife ordered the half chicken plate with mash and gravy and sweet potatoes that were to die for. Son ordered the turkey plate moist and fresh with very VERY good gravy This place had a manager that walks around asking how’s the food, and asking if you need anything to please ask and don’t hesitate. Very kind man . Very pleased with the service here and will continue to come back. You guys knocked it out of the park ND brought us Thanksgiving early. Thanks Jack Fast Garage Door Repair Company

Came here for the first time tonight and won’t be returning. Here is why: 1. Ordered online which said it’d be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at the exact time and they haven’t even started on the order. There was NOONE in line so no excuse about being busy. I ended up having to wait another 15 mins for my order. 2. They don’t wear gloves while handling food. The server who put together my order went ahead and worked on the cash register before going back to handling the food again. This is got to be some kind of health violation right? Ewww. 3. After all that trouble they forgot the corn bread and mash potato gravy in my order. Also the ribs I ordered tasted stale. Not good. This is a new location so I’m really surprised at how bad it is. It usually takes some time before the decline. Maybe they’re going for some kind of record. Never returning again.

for some reason i was craving mac ‘n cheese after finishing my latest half marathon, and after searching feverishly on Unilocal for an establishment that serves this american comfort favourite, we stumbled upon boston market. it had been years since i ate at boston market, and it certainly brought back memories of meals when i was in college, since bm was a 5 minute walk from my dorm! we parked right next to the restaurant, and it was actually pretty empty around noon on a sunday, so my empty stomach would not have to wait any longer! hubby and i ordered a ½ chicken plate to share, which consisted of a half rotisserie-roasted chicken with a piece of corn bread, and three sides — mac ‘n cheese, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes with gravy. i practically inhaled the mac ‘n cheese since it was so creamy, cheesy and still warm. in fact, i really wanted more, so i went to the counter to order another side of mac ‘n cheese. despite the fact that there were no other customers in line, and two staff members working behind the counter, they made me wait a while! i could see they were filling an order, and doing some other work, but when there’s a customer waiting at the counter(a hungry one), i’d think it best to take that customer’s order, no? i did eventually get to order my second helping of mac ‘n cheese and it was every bit as satisfying as the first order! i split the corn bread with my husband, even though it was a pretty small piece, but it was good, nonetheless, warm, and chewy, no butter needed! hubby had been hard at work, cutting up the half chicken and de-skinning my portion for me since i don’t like chicken skin. there was a lot of chicken, that’s for sure, but i felt that it was a bit on the dry side as i didn’t taste much flavour or juice. that was a bit disappointing since i was hoping for some flavourful chicken. regardless, i did have a nice helping of white meat protein, which i needed after my race, and it went well with the very starchy mac ‘n cheese and corn bread as post-race recovery food to fill up my tummy. since i couldn’t finish all of my chicken, we actually took the rest to go, and i had it for lunch the next day(with some of my own seasonings added). this was a very filling meal, but i was a bit disappointed with the customer service and dry chicken.

I have eaten at this particular Boston Market at least twenty times. Unfortunately, yesterday was the last time ever. Why? I will attempt to present the facts without adding spin. The last time that I ate there was two months ago. I ordered the same thing both times, half chicken dinner with two sides. The last time I was there I noticed two things: One, the green beans I ordered for the side dish appeared to be a mixture of fresh beans and old, dried out ones. Two, the chicken was old, shriveled, and dried out. At the time that they served me, I pointed out that the chicken was not edible and they took it away and brought back some fresh chicken. I did not eat the green beans. Yesterday, it was the same story. However, this time, they began yelling loudly«fresh chicken! «and other comments. When they returned, they just brought the other half of the same chicken. I have wondered, do they know that it is illegal to mix old food with new? Do they know it is illegal to serve old chicken? Do they know that it is illegal to store food in deep dishes in the refrigerator and just add more food? Just imagine how gross the creamed spinach becomes after several«refreshings»! I called their corporate office and was told that they no longer take complaints and that I had to contact the restaurant where I ate. Wasn’t that the manager sitting there on his computer listening to the whole thing?

Just like any other Boston Market I’ve been to. The chicken(we got three piece dark) is always a bit salty for my taste. The service the day I came here(around dinnertime on a weekend, so they were busy) was exceptionally slow and I waited a good 25 minutes for my takeout order.

I used to go to Boston Market when I was a little kid back in Virginia. I always loved the food and the setup within the restaurant. This Boston Market brings back those memories and the food is just as good. I always go with the Mac & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes as my side and the cornbread is amazing! Very reasonable prices for large portions and they give you 15% of on a min $ 10 purchase the next time you come in if you fill out a online survey(instructions are on the receipt). The space is very clean, they bring your food to you and they are also open late on weekends especially.

Typical Boston Market. I rated this place 5 star mainly because of its customer service. The workers and managers here are very friendly!

We were trying it out because we were thinking of getting food from here for a holiday meal, and we were disappointed. The ribs were good, but had very little meat and were expensive for what you got. The chicken was OK. The pot pie was tasteless.

Four stars for the chicken, corn and sweet potato casserole. It is a better choice as in fast food. Chicken can be off at times, dry or too salty, but overall they are warm and juicy. I discovered Boston Market years ago and loved their ham. They now only serve ham during special time. But I always go back to have some good chicken.

I had a date for Thanksgiving 2014; her name was Boston, Boston Market… Unfortunately for me, my family was away for Thanksgiving this year, so I had to fend for myself. Knowing that I had to find something quick or starve, I was lucky enough to discover that Boston Market was open on this glorious day. While the closest Boston Market is 5 miles away from me, it didn’t discourage me one bit, and actually made me crave the food even more. After I arrived at Boston Market, I ran into a long line of people looking to fill their bellies. As I reached the front of the line, I was told that the wait for food would be 45 – 60 minutes; I said no problem. I ordered two individual meals: meal #1 consisted of rotisserie chicken, macaroni and cheese, and steamed vegetables, while meal #2 consisted of rotisserie chicken, macaroni and cheese, and creamed spinach. The ‘God of Chicken’ must’ve been smiling down on me that day, as I only had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be prepared. Funny enough, after I returned home, I noticed that my original plan of eating both of these meals in one day was too ambitious, and that I would have to save the second meal for the next day. Most of the food was pretty good… The rotisserie chicken was juicy and fell right off the bone in certain areas, while the macaroni and cheese was creamy, and the creamed spinach lived up to its creamy name. The cornbread? Well, it was cold and average at best. The steamed vegetables were okay, but kind of average, just like the cornbread. The good news was that I received two pieces of pumpkin pie with my order, so it helped me get over the cornbread incident. A couple things to note are the amazing customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. My receipt shows that David W. was my server, so I want to give a shout out to him for doing his job with a smile and keeping the food-line moving fast. Also, even though it was a holiday, the restaurant remained clean at all times. If you’re looking to step your chicken-game up a notch and move past the fried stuff, then I recommend visiting this Boston Market location.

We ordered our food 20 minutes ago and still haven’t received it. We’ve only seen one table(two people) get food since here. Needless to say it’s a bit frustrating when you’re with somebody on a lunch break. Overall the cleanliness isn’t that great and for being so behind the staff doesn’t seem to be in an my hurry.

Slow :-( Came here on a Thursday night for dinner. It’s a bit confusing when you walk in to know where to place your order. Normally, you go to the food, tell the employee what you want along with the sides and then slide over to the registers. However, at this location, you walk to the cash register to place your order. If it’s for«dine in» they give you a number for your table. For us, we waited 10 minutes before our food came out :-(The service was so slow tonight. The drive through orders must have taken precedence. The food was fresh and consistent with other Boston Market locations. I just couldn’t believe how long the food took to come out. :-(
