I came here for lunch with a group of friends. The Truck was near Martinvale on Fridays. As soon as you walk inside the food truck, you grab a box and you start filling it with items. I love the concept that you can pick and choose, and they just weigh it at the end. On this trip, I tried the following: Spring rolls — The sauce was tasty, and I think the filling was pork belly. I liked how the rice paper was soft. Fried Rice — great filler item Chow Mein — another filler item. The noodles was crunchy and flavored with soy sauce. Baked Salmon — The salmon was not dry but cooked perfectly. Lemongrass Chicken — The chicken was tender and very tasty. Gai-lan Veggie — It was nice to have some vegetables along some meats. Overall, I liked how the meat portion was cut into small pieces. This allowed me the opportunity to try a lot of the dishes. After we paid, we walked inside the building to enjoy our lunches. I like how this food truck has tables for customers. I’d definitely come back here.

As far as I know, this truck is located at the corner of Martinvale and Via del Oro on Fridays from 11:30−1/1:30pm. Now what I really like about this lunch truck is that you get such a variety of food, and it’s buffet style so you’re not bound to any one item. Then you weigh your box and pay accordingly. My meals so far have cost me around $ 7-$ 8 for a full meal, such a better deal than what current food trucks are offering. What’s even better? The money they make goes to a great cause, to teach working skills and bring aide to kids and families in neighborhoods in Cambodia and Vietnam where sex trafficking is rampant and attempts to get them out of this cycle. The food they serve is mostly Asian cuisine, and my favorites so far have been the garlic noodles, garlic fried chicken wings, shaking beef, garlic eggplant(notice the trend?), and steamed fish. But they’ve also served rice, curry rice, grilled squash, green beans, kalbi, butternut squash soup, plus I’m sure I’ve missed a few. I like that they don’t try to push their cause on you, but at the same time, I do wish they had some sort of informative pamphlet to share with others. With a little better marketing and organization, I think this truck could do great things! Side note, I’ve just found out they are also related to Bloom Catering:
