I have taken many Zumba classes with Crystal & she is great!!! I always have a blast with her & her positive energy just sets the tone. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I was a new mom and wanted to workout. I was not comfortable leaving my baby at some gym daycare… then I found Crystals mommy and Me Zumba! Mommy and Me Zumba is amazing! I burn more calories then if I was at the gym and my daughter is right there with me! It such an awesome way to work out and we have a blast! Even with the baby’s we shake our booty like no other! The routines and music choices are great… and with all the dancing my daughter takes her morning nap in the pouch! I highly recommend checking it out.

I attended a zumba class on monday and Mrs. Beas was the instructor. the music was awesome. Ima fatgirl and I had a great time working out. all that was missing was a margarita because the class was jumpin! easy to follow routines and i will be joining this classs again nxt wk.
