El Camino Smog Test Center

This dude is real nice. Awesome set up for the customers to wait. He has an outdoor patio with wifi, tv, coffee and heaters. Hes pretty cheap and passed 2 of my cars. Im here right now getting smogged. if it doesnt pass. I may give less stars!

Easiest smog check ever. Took less than 15 minutes start to finish, they had a comfy, peaceful waiting area, and it was reasonably priced. The man was very nice and polite as well.
$ 30 for the check + $ 8 for the certificate + $ 2 tax = $ 40.
I will definitely be going back to this place. Since a previous reviewer implied they must be racist against whites, I feel compelled to state that I’m white & didn’t have any problems.

They have a nice waiting area

Jonathan was very respectful and very kind. You forget that your getting a smog done due to the fact that there is an amazing lounge area! The smog was very fast and a good price! I will definitely recommend this smog test center to my friends!

Excellent customer service, and very pleasant waiting area. Jonathan the inspector was very respectful and showed lots of hospitality. I highly recommend this place for smog checks. The smog check only took 15min! :)

Jonathan Vo is a very nice and competent smog test person. Very calm & happy and also has a great customer waiting area with free coffee. His prices are less than other STAR rated test businesses. Service was fast and reliable. I won’t go anywhere else for a smog check in the future. A+

Amazing customer service!!! I have never been treated so well at a smog shop. The guy was very nice and respectful. Prices are displayed clearly. No coupon needed. Clean, great area for customers to chill. Free coffee and TV. Cheep price!

Beware, price is based on race and/​or your car model. Chinese lady told me her smog test price $ 34 for a SUV (normally 38), but he (the tech) wanted $ 57 from me for a two door small car! I have been coming here for few years and never had issues, however as you can see that is the worst place you can come to at this time.
1. Large Sign outside said «special» if you book via internet at:
. — the website was down and never able to see/​book. when i asked him about that, he said there is no special anymore and he will be removing the sign at later time
2. On the wall at the facility a large sign with smog check price posted $ 34.95 for any car — when i asked him about that, he said «Oh we will be changing the sign at later time»
3. Few minutes later I checked again and the guy just sitting doing nothing, no customers and all signs still untouched, so I decide to take a couple of pictures from the gas station

Great place to get a smog check. Nice people and easy to find. The huge bonus is you can drop off your car and go over to La Paloma for lunch. Best in town.
