Super fast and great service! I have been their customer for years. Today I came in for an oil change. It finished in one hr. They even changed the headlight bulb for me and only charged $ 30. Strongly recommend!

This place Rocks! I had a few huge problems with my 2009 Chevy Aveo that would have cost me and ARM & a Leg at the dealership or Sears. 4 B Auto fixed all the problems fast, courteous and for a great price. I save a lot of money and my car now runs smooth. David Tran is an awesome guy who explains things very well. I will be coming here from now on for all my car service needs.

AMAZING. I have never had a bad experience here at Four B. David has always given me the best prices and is so reliable in getting my car taken care of. I have never found anyone who gives me prices like his and is as understandable as well. Every time i have gone in to get my car worked on, he has fixed any other minor issues and informed me of any other major issue as well.
i highly recommend him to any friends and family of mine.

I went to Four B Auto Service this morning to have the new battery on our BMW programmed. I went based on a recommendation from a friend who has worked on BMWs for a long time. Despite the year old poor reviews that I have seen in the list, this shop really did a great job. I made an appt the day before for 9am to bring my car in for the programming. A very pleasant man at the counter whom I later found out was David greeted me kindly and asked how he could help. When I told him that I had made an appt to have my battery programmed, he thought a minute and told me that it would cost me $ 40. I consider that a very good deal compared to dealership prices and it matched the price quoted by a lady on the phone the day before. It only took about 15 minutes to have them take out the old battery, install the new one and have him program it. I would like to say that even though I was somewhat skeptical based on other Unilocal reviews, the reviews on Google on this place are sky high. I agree, this is a good shop and very easy to find if you look at the map.

Went in due to many recommendations. I’m very cautious about mechanics. Seems like so many dishonest or incapable ones out there. I usually try to talk to the owner or mechanic. I’ll play dumb to see if they spend the time with me, explain the issue so a normal person can understand, and don’t try to sell me on additional stuff I don’t need. This seemed like a place that would do that based on the reviews. Wrong. Asked the Receptionist if I could talk to someone. She said they were all too busy. I told her I wanted to talk to someone about the problems I was seeing with my car. She said I could talk to her about it. I described the problem. She asked what kind of car. I told her make and model. She asked V4 or V6… V4? You’re the most knowledgeable person that’s willing to speak to me?!? Bye.

Awful service! Kept me waiting for 25 minutes just to do a scan as the engine service was on. And didn’t give me a bit of information at the end! Also, very rude and poor customer service.

Called this morning and spoke with David regarding my wife’s 328i. I explained that she wanted to come by for an estimate during her lunch break, and was assured that it would take no more than 15 minutes and did not require an appointment.
My wife came in around 12:20pm and was told that David had stepped out. She waited for 20 minutes but he was not back. She went down the street to 101 Collision and got the quick estimate she was expecting from this place. I would advise you save yourself the hassle and do the same.

Terrible choice. I had in the past been here for oil change etc. since I was living close to that place — it was ok. I came here this past week to bring in my BMW 325i to get my starter motor changed. They had it changed in a day, reset all controls etc., charged $ 600+ and when I took it out I noticed that the radio did not work and in minutes the GPS did not and the screen started flickering. I called in and he wanted me to bring it in the next day. I bring it in the next day and after a couple of hours he calls me and lets me know the navigation unit is faulty and it needs to be changed for $ 1k+ for parts.
The unit was working so fine and I had absolutely no problem until then. But, the guy at the shop was completely unapologetic and took no responsibility. He didn’t want to give a thought that this might have happened during the repair and went totally defensive saying it could have this way while it came in. This is absolutely low customer service. To top it off, he causally shrugs it off saying ‘this happens all the time — they are bad navigation units to begin with’. Conversation over and didn’t offer a choice at all. Any run of the mill shop would probably be more considerate and attempt to delve more into, or at least work out something to solve the issue and keep the customer happy for giving business. This was the most horrible service I have received and they have lost a customer once and for all.
I would strongly recommend to stay away from him on any major repairs — oil change etc. are probably ok for a good deal and quick turn around. I think I made a mistake and I hope this review helps people make an informed decision when considering this auto shop.

Very honest and good service. Just like all other reviews stated, it gets really busy so a walk in is not recommended. Make sure to call to schedule your appointment. Normally don’t bring my car to other mechanics unless the repair is out of my reach, in this case was replacing my oil pan which involved taking out the motor. David the owner assured me it wasn’t necessary to change the oil pan because he would easily be able to repair the threads that were stripped in the pan. Even though it was a busy day, he got my car in and out and ready for pick up a few hours later. Saved me a few hundred bucks, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for tough jobs out of my reach.

I had a clutch replacement done here in the past on my Mustang 05. David was excellent in diagnosing the other minor complaints I had as well. The price he quoted was decent for the great job he did.

I’m here to update my previous review. David, the owner, reached out to me very apologetic on behalf of his team. He was out of the country for three weeks and was unaware of what was going on. He told me bring in my car when it was convenient for me.
David is great at what he does and I don’t want to take his credibility away because of my experience. He was able to fix my car at no charge as I had warranty on the parts. Thank you for being proactive!

Bad choice at all. Work is just fine, but clearly not perfect if you look closely. I had to go three times in order to have them finish the whole work as we originally agreed. If you have an agreement on pricing with them, please expect that it will have a last minute change when you pick up the car. There are always excuses for them to charge you more and they blame their staff for not not knowingly taking the instructions. Do I really care what kind of stories you had internally? No! I just want some one to take care of my trouble because I paid them. But in any cases, you’ll be the one to bear the additional cost. I had a horrible experience with their service and also there are too much of hassles. I won’t be coming back, forever.

This is a long overdue review, I’ve been using FourB for at least 4 years. The owner usually mans the front desk and always give the straight scoop if repairs are really needed. Good prices and great customer service. I recommend this place to all friends.

I was once very happy with this shop back then when they were just opened, now they get little busy, they don’t care much about customer anymore. They show very bad attitude, rude I would say, especially the owner David.
When the shop were just opened, not busy, David showed very friendly attitude and his auto repair skills I would have to say excellent, but now since the business pickup, David rarely fix any car anymore, mostly he just give cars (and your car too for sure if you bring it here) to the students (trainees). My cars was messed up badly badly, but here is the worst part that when I brought my car back to discuss with the owner David. He just simply said it was like that before brought to his shop. Unbelievable and so irresponsible responses I have never seen in my life.
I promised myself will never ever have my cars fixed here ever again as long as I live.

Four B Auto really is amazing. I had a few problems with my Ford Escape and the first quote I got from another auto repair shop was $ 1640… Four B auto quoted me $ 853. My first call with them, Vu was able to give me an accurate quote. They were very honest, never tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. I told them the problems, and they fixed it for a great price. I was recommended to Four B by a friend of mine. I will continue to come back! There are a few bad comments about their customer service but they were very nice and attentive. No complaints whatsoever.
Update: once again Four B auto saves the day. My nissan pathfinder had some troubles and I was quoted $ 1000 to fix… I went to Four B and I was quoted $ 700. Quality work for a cheaper price. I will not be going anywhere else. This place is too great.
