Our 30 year old furnace gave up the ghost and could not be repaired right as the cold spell hit. Purchasing a new one was an intimidating prospect. Mikhail gave us options within our price range, made sure it was installed promptly, was fully functioning and that we understood how to use its smarter than us programming (even coming back to make sure we knew what we were doing!) Great sense of humor too.

Mikhail is hands down the hardest working man I have ever had the pleasure of having work on our house. Our AC went out and the forecast for the week had highs of 95 all week long. This would be awful under normal circumstances but was even worse because we have an infant.
Mikhail worked 12 hour days not even stopping for lunch until he had our AC back up and running. He was incredible and on top of his great work he was very clean and respectful and didn’t blink when we asked him to abide by our no shoes in the house policy. He is an absolute gem and I would recommend him to anyone!

I hired GIA Power Management to install a commercial HVAC unit in a shopping center. John and his crew were excellent. They installed the unit on time, on budget and with little interruption to the tenants. They were very professional and exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend GIA Power Management.
