Horrible management. Bought a washer dryer, didn’t work properly. Returned it, they charged a 15% restocking fee(which I was never told about, wasn’t written on any receipts). Took them 2 months to refund me and they only did it because we had to go back into the store to force the issue. Never again.

I really like going and checking out the new inventory at ReStore. They carry furniture from very high end stores, that looks amazingly modern, but at rock bottom prices. I just purchased an amazing king size bed frame(with a design beating anything I have seen in a furniture store), and will be keeping an eye open for a modern dining table with chairs. They have a huge selection of windows, and if you find one that fits, you can get it for a real bargain(maybe 10%-20% of what it would cost to order one from Home Depot). The tiles also look great, among them Porcelanosa brand @ less than $ 2/sq ft! To top it all off, the employees are always super kind, smiling, and going out of their way to help! Thanks, ReStore! Keep up the great work!!!

Since we have finished settling in to our new(ish) home, we haven’t had the need to furnish our home with furniture anymore. Gone are the days of actively stalking Restores and Craigslist Furniture Section. However, out of mild curiosity and being literally down the road from the location, husband and I decided to check out the selection. Sadly, at this particular location, items are on par(if not higher) than the retail stores. On this particular day they had a batch from OSH(rain bird sprinkles, garden set, and patio furnishings) which ran a few dollars than what you could buy new at the store. There were also some modern furniture selections which were upwards of 900‑4500. No thanks.

As I mentioned for the other Restore-these stores are so freaking awesome! If you need new furniture, or add something extra to your home, this is the place to come. If you need new paint, kitchen remodeling, bathrooms, décor, this is the place to come. It’s very inexpensive and they have really nice things! It’s not all just used, they also have new items too! Check it out! Staff are also great!

It’s harsh to give 2 stars, but I wouldn’t come back to this store again. Compared with other restores, the stuff here are overpriced. For furnitures, you may find some decent ones, but majorities are over $ 100. After checking out several pieces, I can tell immediately that this place is not for me. If you wouldn’t mind to pay a little bit extra, I guess you can find something you like here.

Wow! Just called this location because my washing machine broke. I spoke with a man named Harvey what an experience. I have never shopped here and asked if they had washing machines. Since I run a non profit process does count so I asked a price range. The clerk laughed at my question and mocked me saying it’s like how much does a car cost. He then complained about having to look, so I offered to just come in but, «I am already on my way back,» was his response. I remained on the line with Harvey. He listed off some prices and I asked if they carried gas or electric. Another sign, «Well now your going to make me look.» I thanked him for the additional work he had to put of for my questions. My last question was concerning the Non-profit I run. Was there anything the store did working with non profits, a question I often ask. Since I am donating clothes to a youth organization this week I need the washer, hence the question. He laughed and said, «No, and if your wondering we don’t give senior discounts either.» I was shocked that an organization that prides itself on helping people could have an employee that would be so rude. I will NOT be recommending this org or store to ANYONE.
