I like shopping here. Minimalism is very well realized in their furniture in a pretty affordable way. It does copy/or is inspired by super-expensive designer brands of furniture. For people like me who are not willing to spend too much on furniture but still want to buy furniture of high-end design and high-enough quality, this is a perfect place. I don’t know if it is due to personality differences. I personally felt much more comfortable in this store than other stores since the staff here just let me walk around in the show room as freely as I wanted without interrupting me or following me around. And the staff were very resourceful and helpful, anyway, when I needed their help. I ended up buying a few pieces of furniture there, and get lots of compliments on the furniture even now. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t have as much furniture as I want to see in their show room. Nevertheless, what they have is pretty good. It does enhance your place, if you’re into modern, minimalist interior design.

I shopped here in July. The showroom is inspiring, and I love so many pieces of furniture. I bought one, an entertainment center that I’m using as a modern curio cabinet. The furniture is pricey, and it’s not that many steps up from IKEA(but it is sturdier than IKEA), so I don’t think I’ll buy much else there. The service was mediocre, that is most of the reason for 3 stars instead of more stars. The people working seemed very apathetic.

Wow. I have been driving past this place on my way to and from work since it was being built out. I was so excited to check it out as there aren’t a lot of modern furniture shops in the south bay and I’ve been searching for months for a new coffee table. Um, three words: this place sucks. No, let me revise that: the staff at this place sucks. We walk in midday on a Saturday and there is no one in the store. No one except two staff people hiding behind a massive desk who literally said nothing to us as we walked around the show room. Now, I can give a little room if a staff person is on the phone with a customer while I browse. But to simply hide behind a desk and say nothing to people who are eager to blow their hard earned cash in their store is unacceptable in my book. We certainly found a couple of items would were interested in but, if you can’t be bothered to greet me or ask if I have any questions then I’m more than happy to go to DWR which is less than 2 miles up the road from this pathetic place. I hope the owners/managers of this place read this, you should really do yourselves a favor and provide some decent customer service training to your staff.
