Went here at 9:00pm sort of late for this kind of place. I’m the only person there beside one other guy. I had a «chicken little» sandwich and a medium drink for $ 4.11. The sandwich consisted of a hot dog bun, mayo and a chicken strip. The little sandwich was a perfect snack but the chicken strip was no the freshest I’ve ever had. It is just the time of day. I’m sure if I came for lunch when it was super busy it wouldn’t have been perfect. My drink was SoBe life water — pomegranate. I’ve been off the soda habit for weeks now and resisted the temptation for a cola. I hear it isn’t good for your teeth and the sugar is obviously not great either and that the diet soda messes with your body more so than the regular stuff. Was glad to see non soda options: Raspberry brisk tea and Tropicana fruit punch. The ambiance of the building is beautiful. Great big curved floor to ceiling windows. Modern furniture. Clean floors. Bathroom was open without a coin or a code and was freshly cleaned. Everything looked really great. The guys working here are doing a great job. They just need more turnover — perhaps advertisement or late night deals that get people coming in late? The guy who helped me Bryant was great. He helped me choose a snack and offered to keep my drink cup while I used the restroom. Said«goodnight» as I left. Really a quality guy.

I have wasted 3 trips here on Wednesday to get the Chicken Pot Pies and they were out each time! It’s very disappointing to drive there, wait in line, and then be told«We are out of pot pies.» They should not advertise it on television if they can’t carry there own product…

Food always hot. But every time I come here they have no BBQ and Ranch dipping sauce for my chicken strips. Only Sweet Sour and Honey Mustard. BBQ and Ranch are staples for dipping sauces. Order more so you’ll always have it on hand. If they had the sauce they’d get my 5 star review.

I Ordered 3 peace combo number 10(3 orders of #10) with Coke. I got my food and left. When I opened the boxes to eat, we all had 2 places in them and all drinks were not Coke so I look at my recipes and see 3 order of number 10 combo. I am charged for 9 places but I have 6 total. I call the store and she tells me come and get the rest without apologizing or anything… I came on Unilocal to write a review and noticed a lot of people are having the same kind of issue and some people are thinking as I do. This place is trying to cut the cost by doing dishonest and false actions like this! I strongly recommend you to report this store and don’t eat there!

DONOTEATHERE, THEFOODWILLMAKEYOUSICK! I ate here the weekend prior to new years and was sick for 3 days! I called and told them about this and they gave me the run around and Judith I believe her name was(manager) reported it but no response and no call back from her I had to call her literally 3 times. Finally received a call from their«middle man» and he said an insurance adjuster would call me and told me he apologized my claim was put on hold(really!!!). Insurance adjuster called me same day and said since I didn’t physically go see a doctor it would be hard for me to prove that I was really sick.(I called the nurse’s line and they advised me what to do and said if my fever gets any higher THEN they would recommend a doctor visit, silly me … I actually took the nurse’s advice and instructions for care.) Anyways, it’s weird it’s not the other way around THEY have to prove they didn’t make me sick. All in all they said they would refund me the amount I paid for the food. WOW! Thank you for not making me pay for the food that poisoned me! You’re great! Stay far, far away from this place.

Not the best KFC. I get the impression they are trying to reduce overhead. This location is making a sincere effort in hoping the customer isn’t aware of how they’re trying to cut costs. Two visits, two weeks apart, after 8:00. Drive-thru, each time. 5.00 fill up orders. First time– out of grilled style. Fine. We order what they have left, with two lemonades. Get home, ten minutes later. The lukewarm lemonade drinks taste like water, no ice in drinks. If I wanted a mostly water lemonade drink, I could have put half a teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of water, and got the same results. A Crystal Light packet in a bottled water would have been an improvement. I noticed they have chosen to use smaller containers for the mashed potatoes than the other franchise locations. Interesting. Second visit. I’m told that they only have hot wings. Pass. Drive on. I guess I didn’t need to eat from KFC that night. I went home and ate something healthy. I think they did me a favor.

I usually love KFC, This KFC always fails! The service is very poor. I was charged for the items I haven’t asked for and should have been included in the meal. They ran out of extra crispy chicken dark meat so I paid extra for the breast. Only to receive what I did not want — no extra crispy — the regular chicken, greased out and the entire bottom of the box was so thick in grease it was disgusting. The second order was equally bad — the chicken strips«if you call them that» looked like the left over of the pieces no one would want to eat. The containers of mash potatoes on had just gravy — no potatoes. Definetley not going back to this KFC.

Been coming to this location about twice a month for the past year & a half. It’s close to my work & I occasionally crave KFC. So far, have not had any problems.

This refers to the location in Santa Clara on the corner of El Camino and Scott Blvd. This review is ONLY for the food I took home and ate. Ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken combo with coleslaw by drive thru on Sunday at noon. I have to say I enjoyed the chicken. The batter was crispy and not overly salty. The chicken meat was moist and tender and cooked properly… properly. I emphasize that. You know how fried chicken is sometimes cooked well on the outside but inside, it is pink or nearly raw near the bone and thus permeates the scent of blood that is nasty. It makes me vomit. This chicken did not have that. It was cooked through at just the right tenderness. White meat as what it should look like. And I inhaled the meat inside and there was no funky scent. So, for this meal, I give my compliments to the chef/cook or whomever was making magic in the kitchen.

I want to start off by saying they have horible customer service. I went to the Drive through about 30 minutes ago and I heard the cashier from the drive through cursing the vechicle behined me and the supervisor was laughling. This will be the first and last time I come to this KFC.

Saw the $ 2.99 Monday Special KFC ad on TV last night. Went in on Monday and ordered the Monday Special. Girl as the register said they don’t sell the $ 2.99 Special at their store. Told me to order the $ 5.00 Special. Since when can a store decide whether to honor a national TV ad or not. The girl had already turned away to talk with another worker. KFC should check into this store because of its bad service and reviews. I think the few times there are good reviews is when there is an inspector there.

Every thing is perfect; but I would cook the chicken 5 min longer for it to be dryer.

I usually love KFC, but not this one… This KFC always fails! the service is very poor. They charge for the items what I haven’t asked for and have been rude. They run out of chicken most of the time and chicken is also very bad. Smells bad and lot of oil… I would give 0 starts if Unilocal gave me an option. Definetley not going back to this KFC.

Just went thru the drive through. They did not have anything we wanted to order. The service sucks. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and they said that it was in there but when we got home and checked, Nothing! How disappointing for KFC. Will not be going back to this one ever again.

How do you run out of chicken at KFC? Been here twice in the last month and both times ended up not ordering since they were out of chicken both times. First time they only had their chicken strips but no actual chicken pieces, the other time they only had wings and legs, but nothing else. I wasn’t there extremely late, around 7pm. They do have a drive-thru which makes it convenient to drive away when they tell you they’re out of chicken.

I’ve lost that loving feel for KFC. Stopped by there after work couple days ago because I was tired from work and not in the mood to be all Rachel Ray up in my kitchen. Thought I’d try to eat a bit healthier(as healthy as one can get from a place that has FRIED in their name) and order the 8 piece grilled chicken meal with green beans and mashed potatoes. After placing and paying for my order, the cashier says«We only have 6 pieces of grilled. Would you be ok with 2 pieces of our Original or Crispy?» Sure, no problem I said. As I’m waiting for my order, a customer places her order for 8 piece grilled too. I hear the cashier give her the speech about the Original or Crispy preference. Figured she was telling her they were out of the grilled. They call my name, hand me the bag and I walk home. When I got home and opened my bucket I had 6 pieces of original and 2 grilled! Not what I ordered or agreed upon. I was too hot, tired and hungry to make the walk back to KFC so I grumbled as I ate the only 2 pieces of grilled chicken(which were anorexic looking drumsticks by the way), leaving the greasy fried chicken for my daughter. The morale of this story: Tis better to cook for yourself then spending money at a place that doesn’t live up to their motto of Doing Chicken Right.

Sometimes I head here when we have leftovers and I want something to add to a salad w/o buying an entire pre-roasted chicken. Their meal deals are pretty good –2 pieces of chicken, a biscuit and a drink for a little over $ 6 if you get dark meat(which I like). My daughter likes the kids’ meals, which include a side, and for her she chooses the two crispy chicken tenders, a Capri Sun Roaring Waters juice pouch and apple sauce(she doesn’t like that part, but I use it when I’m baking something later on or in homemade smoothies so she gets it anyway –shhhh!) Fast drive through. Off busy El Camino so watch out when you’re going back into traffic!

0 stars for this place. This is the second time I’ve been here after 9pm and they are always out of chicken. How does a KFC run out of chicken! Also what’s the purpose of having extended hours if there’s never any chicken. Someone needs to be fired here if KFC cares about their brand. Either the employees are lying so that they don’t have to make any more chicken and can go home on time or the people in charge of ordering the chicken are incompetent since they keep having an insufficient amount. The funny part of it all is that they have the nerve to then ask you what you want after letting you know there is no chicken, lol. People don’t come to KFC for the mashed potatoes and corn, they come for the damn Kentucky Fried CHICKEN! I will never go to another KFC again. Popeyes it is for those greasy, delicious fried chicken cravings.

Now, I know there shouldn’t be much to expect from fast food, but this place is just the worst of the worst. –closes way before it’s scheduled hours –runs out of food –makes you wait FOREVER for your order and/or –manages to forget to include an item you ALREADYPAIDFOR! I hate leaving bad reviews and some of the workers seem pretty decent but after so many screw ups, you hope saying something will help this place try to change before it goes out of business. I have tried giving this KFC several chances in the 4 years I’ve been living near it but there was an issue almost 100% of the time. I’ve seen some of the other bad reviews and everyone’s pretty much saying the same thing. KFC, I’m sorry but I suggest you do something to better your service or risk losing tons of unsatisfied customers.
