We needed a major upgrade from our old copier and I was given the responsibility to find a company that will provide us with a newly updated version of what we had. I looked around at a couple of places and really came across a lot of rude and grumpy salesman. I don’t like hard sales and was easily turned off by their lack of customer service skills. I then came across MBS and David responded to my inquiry in a very timely fashion. He was not a hard salesperson but a genuine listener. He asked what we’re looking for and what we need and provided me his honest feedback. I remember not getting back to him right away after he had given us information but, he gave us the time we needed to decide. The service MBS/David provided(I have to say) is stellar! We haven’t had any issues with them and they are so quick to respond to ANYTHING we need! We love our printer and I highly recommend MBS to anyone looking for an up-to-date copier. David is just super helpful and definitely knowledgeable. Looking forward to our continued relationship with MBS. :)

After an office move, I was given the task to find a new all in one copier. I was fortunate enough to have found MBS Works in Santa Clara. I met with David and told him about our office & what we were looking for in a machine, he was very knowledgeable and went over what he thought would be the best suitable options. After looking into a couple of different different places, we ended up going with the Konica Minolta Bizhub. We have had the machine for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend MBS Works. They have great customer service and their prices are very competitive! I also like the fact they are located in a convenient location in Santa Clara that was easily accessible for me to get to where I could actually see their product hands on.

We’ve had our copiers from MBS for a few years now and our experience with MBS has been great. For the most our copier has been great, but anytime we’ve had a hiccup and need copier service or simply have questions they are quick to get issues resolved for us and offer great feedback as well to allow us to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend MBS Business Systems if your company is looking for a great partner to lease your copiers and printers from.
