Cute little neighborhood store — has everything you need in a minor emergency(need cat food or tortillas — some laundry soap, tylenol???), plus the usual assortment of beverages. The couple who own it are very nice people. Always get a great smile and a few laughs chatting with them. Been going here years.

This is a tiny liquor store that carries the basics. They have beer, soda, chips, candy, tobacco and lotto. I stop by when I am in the area. They usually have a small selection of scratchers. The parking lot is odd and does not hold many cars. There is also a 7 – 11 across the street if you need a soda that Mission Liquors does not carry. The staff is friendly but short. The staff know how to get people in and out of their small liquor store. Don’t mind the short tone because they really are trying to get you in and out quickly.

Look so sketchy outside but alas it is literally the closest liquor store to my house that actually serves other alcoholic beverages other than beer. The selection is quite vague and only targets certain demographics of people that live close by, sadly that isn’t me. Anyways I got my drinks and went to check out, the ladies seemed nice and followed all regulations of checking ID. However they have this look on their face that is just worrisome. Probably think every night they are going to get robbed, hey power in numbers right? LOL. I’ll be back if I need booze.

The name actually should be Mission Liquor and Video. And the video is all PORN. It’s pretty skeevy but yet entertaining at the same time. Seems like a popular place for lotto and lottery ticket purchases but I have finally found Big Blue soda here. Yes it comes from Waco, looks like 1000 flushes and Im scared to drink it. Maybe this was the stuff that made the Branch Davidians go nuts? Another quirky discovery? Crystal Head Vodka seemingly pimped by Dan Akroyd:
