Play @ Planet Funk

I received a gift with a gift receipt from Play @ Planet Funk. Today, I stopped in to return the gift. Your two sales associates were utterly rude. As it turns out, the gift receipt was from Play @ Planet Funk, but the item I was returning was not. I didn’t know this. The person who gave me the gift included the gift receipt from Play @ Planet Funk. The sales associate treated me like I was a moron and then she laughed in my face. I should have known this would happen because the two sales associates treated the customer in front of me even more poorly than they treated me. They spoke to her like she was the stupidest person on the planet and then refused to process her order the way she asked them to.
I will not ever purchase anything from Play @ Planet Funk. I am going to encourage others not to shop there, too.
