Ruben Luna School of Roundball

I’m having difficulty understanding Ruben Luna’s business ethics. Very rude, unconventional and lacks professionalism. Ruben has an «I’m doing you a favor» mentality”.
I’ve prepaid this guy for 2 sessions with the understanding of having 4. As a customer that was not given a legitimate contract of business binding, I wanted to make sure my money was not being compromised by his services.
By the end of the 2^nd session, he demanded his money for the 2 remaining, in which i promised to pay on the scheduled 3^rd. 5 Days before our 3^rd session, this guy hounds me for the money unsuspectingly and against our understanding of what we just discussed. Due to a planned busy weekend and the inability to pay him before our set date, he angrily tells me that he withdraws. I have no trouble paying this guy, but his demands and timing were unjust and rude.
His exact words «keep your money, I’ve told you that I needed my money yesterday and today, we’re done working out»…
Ruben, we discussed that I’d pay you on our 3^rd session! Which is scheduled weekly. You then ask me on a weekend prior to our session and when I told you I’m busy, you withdraw your services. I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay you. You just lost money.
Poor satisfaction, patience, customer service and understanding.
Sorry Ruben, you need better business ethics.
