I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews. It’s not fair to ding her for cost when it’s PAMF who sets the office visit price, not the doctor herself. You’d have to write a negative review for all PAMF doctors in that case, or just for PAMF for setting their prices the way they do. Also, I don’t understand why the person who went to her for pregnancy didn’t go straight to an OB. She is in FAMILY medicine, which means she sees everything – everything from a wart on your foot to a patient with pneumonia to a child with a rash to a boil on your a$s x 1000 other conditions. She is not a specialist. She treats what she can but if it’s not her specialty(and obviously she’s not an OBGYN), she’s going to refer you to the appropriate doctor. PAMF has great OBs(I’ve had 2 children with pamf) and since they see pregnant women everyday, they know exactly what to cover with you and when. Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. S since our former doctor moved to another office. She has always had great bedside manner and listened thoroughly to our concerns. We’ve NEVER felt like she didn’t take us seriously or shortchanged us on service.

I like going to Dr. Saifullah. She is great. Her location is very convenient. I also like that I can have my X-ray or my blood test done at the same location. I have an online access to my records. which is also a plus. I felt very comfortable talking to her. She addressed all my concerns in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

So far she has been my favorite doctor for anything. She’s very down to earth and friendly. She always answers all my questions and never sugar coats things or rushes me. She doesn’t make me jump through hoops to get refilled Rxs and she answers emails quickly. For those who need a doctor to reassure you and tell you only happy things, she’s not your type. For those who like to get all the straight facts and get stuff done, she’s perfect.

Well, if I was able to give her zero stars i could for sure. Well for starters I went to her when I first found out I was pregnant. Absolutely awful bed side manners. I was pregnant for the first time and ofcourse as any new expectant mother I was full of questions and full of excitement. Well do you know the first thing she talks about — a miscarriage 0 no not nutrition plan I should be on, not to take my prenatals, not to make sure I take it easy during the first trimester… but she tells me all the gory details of what happens during a miscarriage(i didn’t even ask her anything about a miscarriage). I also innocently asked her«well I have some silly basic questions that a new expectant mother would have» She says” well you can go online on to answer your silly questions! In all she made me feel completely uncomfortable. I really feel that Palo Alto Medical Foundation should retrain her or send her back to residency school. Just because she passed some medical exams does not mean that she has the license to say whatever comes to her mind. She should be professional and knowledgeable. I really do hope they would take some action. After she told me all about miscarriages and told me to go on the website to get answers on my questions then she goes on to tell me oh you should also take your prenatals and make an appt. with the OB. She came across as rushed and not really caring. In my opinion SKIP her!

Very expensive! Don’t use this Dr. Saifullah Sayema unless you want to pay out the nose and you have a great insurance plan! :( SHE charged me $ 277(all out of my pocket due to my insurance coverage) for an office visit for a cold/infection and to prescribe me some antibiotics which took her all of 3 minutes! wow! talk about OVERPRICEDSERVICE! I will not be going back to her ever again!
