San Jose, CA
i called them 9 am for a furnace service. They say someone will be there between 1 – 3 pm and will call be when they are on the way.
I called at 3 pm to confirmed some one is coming.
I called again at 5pm and 7pm, the response is the service person is on his last job and will be there in 45 minutes. No one ever show up and no one ever call even to say they are either delayed or cannot make it.
Such lack of common courtesy does not deserve even one star which is the lowest I can give
