I like the fast service and friendly employees which makes for a convenient and quick lunch to be able to get back to work. Only one constructive comment for the training department. When adding mayo or mustard or whatever, take it easy. If somebody says, «ok add some mayo» don’t assume they mean, «please empty as much of the mayo bottle into the sandwich as possible». I admit though, it makes for some good comedy I guess. And I am hungry. But still…

I love Subway! In case you haven’t seen already, my past several lunches have been to this place, especially the one in The Alameda since the place is spotless! Very clean, smells nice, and very welcoming! I try to mix it up a bit with the sandwiches selections, and they’re all good! Try to get the $ 6 lunch menu if you are on the budget though. It comes with chips, a drink with free refills, and a 6-​inch sandwich. Otherwise, get a footlong, which I do all the time… I gotta or else I’d go hungry haha!

Antonia ruined my breakfast. Who put mayonnaise on a breakfast sandwich. Certainly not me. I can’t imagine why someone would assume that I would want mayonnaise on my breakfast sandwich. I drove home and realized she had ruined it not only my sandwich but my wife’s breakfast sandwich as well. I definitely didn’t ask for mayonnaise. I definitely didn’t ask her to not put mayonnaise on my sandwich but I didn’t know that was a requirement. On top of that she didn’t know how to use the register so I had to stand there for an extra 10 minutes while she figured it out on the spot. Probably overcharged me for my mayonnaise covered breakfast sandwiches. Thanks Antonia, your incompetence ruined my day.

Great service! I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions during the afternoon shifts and I always receive friendly service from the employees. Food is good and restaurant is clean.

Pretty bad service and freshness of food here. I go to Santa Clara University and come to this Subway and another one on the other side of campus. This one has some rude staff. I get it, it’s not fun dealing with us college students sometimes but when the veggies are visibly old and turning colors you should probably remove it, not tell me that’s the way it is and if I don’t like it to go to somewhere else.
The one on the other side of campus is smaller, but much better.

One of the most flavorless, dry, empty sandwiches I’ve forced down, ever! Never again!

It’s a Subway… the food is the same everywhere. This one is clean and the staff is friendly, but wow… kill that door chime with fire. Every time someone walked in or out of the place the chime played a little song. I was there maybe 10 minutes and was ready to rip my hair out. I feel sorry for the employees.

This Subway is so close to home and the staff is very nice. Restaurant is clean and neat. Little small though, so you might have to get your order to go if there are no seats available.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, but the food was okay — typical Subway. Nothing exciting about this place, but nothing bad either

Best subway I have been to by far and I have been to my fair share of subways. The location is extremely convenient for me because I attend Santa Clara University and it is right across the street. The staff is very welcoming and don’t rush you when ordering like many of the other subways I’ve been to. The bread is fresh and I know this because they always bring it out when I come for lunch. The dining area is very clean and feels like a nice place to eat a meal because of the amount of natural light that brightens the restaurant. Stop by if Ike’s line is too long!

I go to this Subway from time to time when I don’t get up early enough to pack my own lunch. It is decent food within walking distance of the office where I work.
The restaurant should be rated 5 stars for cleanness and quality of service. It is a decent, safe choice for lunch. The 3 stars is because it’s Subway sandwiches, and somehow I just can’t get excited about a basic sandwich. The food is OK.

The workers there look like they take much pride in their restaurant. They were cleaning when I walked in, but acknowledged me with a smile immediately.
I came in to use a 5 dollar meal deal coupon my roomie gave me. I’ve been to places before where you give a coupon and all of a sudden there’s some sort of confusion or displeasure like you just made their life more difficult. Not here! They knew exactly what this coupon thing was and proceeded seamlessly with my order and the girl who ringed me up had no difficulty adjusting the discount.
It’s a surprise their tip jar was empty. I added some life to it! ($ 1) so sad yah?
I’m glad this is the closest subway to where I live as I will be coming here more often now!

This is a great Subway. They totally earned their red «People Love Us on Unilocal» sticker!
They’re always so nice and friendly, and the place is always clean. It’s a pleasure doing business with such great employees. I went to a different Subway this afternoon, and the employee was such an idiot. I’ll never stray again from this one!

Great subway imho. They greet you when you come in and the bread was fresh as could be.

I honestly feel like all franchised restaurants are the same. The women are apathetic, they hardly speak english. Typical.
Apparently this place closes super late, which is sweet, except that I was always on the other side of campus, near Togos.
At least they have a little lot behind the building for parking! Better than trying to park on the Alameda.

I go here most of the time for my lunch. Its close to my work and I like subway sandwiches. The workers are nice and greet everyone when they come in. It rarely gets busy here and I don’t have to wait long for them to make my sandwich. They pack your sandwich here very well compare to other subways (shady). I always get parking right at front. There is parking spot in the back.

I only come to Subway if they have those any $ 5 foot-​long specials. The Subway here is ok but nothing special. Like someone stated previously, the sandwich maker was super skimpy on the ingredients. I asked for some olives and maybe got like 5 on the entire sandwich. I had to ask for extras on nearly every single veggie ingredient. Maybe Subway management has a secret purpose to make everyone malnourished.

I love Subway, but this location in particular is a bit ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to ask 4 times for extra olives, and STILL not have enough. Jeez, all I want is like 20 slices of olive on my sandwich, is that too much to ask for?

A friend suggested that we meet here for a quick bite to eat before class. It had been some time since I had eaten at a Subway but I ordered the same thing as years ago, a veggie delight sandwich — and to my surprise, it was quite good! There were several people working which kept the line moving quickly. The store is clean and has a lot of seating. I think I’ll be returning here to get my sandwich fix in the future!

*Don’t fret over parking, there’s a private lot in the back!
