Subway

I really like this place. Very convenient, never too long of a line even during lunch hours, friendly staff and clean. Other than that you know what to expect since it is Subway after all, so very consistent. I know exactly what I am getting when I am in the mood for a sandwich. Been there for years and haven’t had any issues so far. It is a smaller place then usual, but that works for me.

Off the $ 6 meal menu… Turkey is an option, black forest ham is an option. But if you order a black forest ham & turkey sandwich its suddenly a $ 7.50 meal. So… you get the same amount of meat (4 slices on a 6″, my 8 year old gets more meat on his school lunch sandwiches than this) and just because they put 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey, you have to pay $ 1.50 more. Lame.
Not a Subway expert, I was just really confused at the register and figured it out on my own.

They were ok. Friendly but they were out of all this stuff. No steak for the steak sandwich. No baked chips at all. Barely any cookies to choose from. Also, they didn’t really care that they were out out of these things. Annoying. With so many subways around you think they would try to outdo each other. Go to the other one less than a mile away

Quick. Lower traffic location, making it easier to grab and go.
Friendly. The woman who works there is always super courteous.
Clean. Not just the facility but the food items/​condiments. This place is well kept!
Fresh. I’ve dealt with icky or aged products at other locations, but have yet to see that at this location.

The bad rating is for bad service .
I come here on occasion for my 30 minute lunch. You catched the 30 minute part right? Meaning, I need my food and I need it fast. I counted 5 women. Not one, FIVE. Carolina was the only one who really gave a rats tail about the customers. BTW I asked her name I don’t know this person outside of her job. Anyways, the other 3 ladies were visibly talking in the little hall way. Just standing there. Mind you this is a commercial area where everybody and their mommas go to lunch at the same time. Carolina was the only one, cashiering and making food. This can be a sanitation issue. She did everything so quick. but really… touching money and food? I dont think shes a bad employee I think shes a STAR employee with very crappy co-​workers. I assume just like I, they have a lunch break. If they were in my shoes and the 9 other people behind me… we dont like to waste our lunch time.
If the owner of this franchise has any sense, start by acknowledging Carolina who is awesome and work on your staff. It sucks. Why have 6 employees if only one is there to work.
Food is subway. You pay what you get. Service? Well I assume you already know.

We were originally going to get some soul food for lunch, but realized when we got to the restaurant that the place didn’t open until noon on Saturdays. Instead, we opted for the nearest Subway, which is how we ended up at this particular one.
I usually get the sunrise subway melt, which is served all day along with other breakfast sandwiches at the subway on Tasman. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu here ends at 11am.
As the only people in the subway, the two workers were able to make our sandwiches quickly.
The restaurant and parking lot is rather small so there’s that.
Also, there’s no bathroom, so if you’re only making a pit stop — keep on driving!

Tried going here on a lunch and was skipped because the lady would rather help the Mexican guy behind me who was not yet in line.

I have been to a few subways, a few of them I would give 3 stars to, but most would get 2 stars like the one on De La Cruz blvd. The employees seem unhappy to be there and treat the customer as if we are taking up their time. I have learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

i will agree that parking here sucks, but not really anything they can do about that. i think service here is pretty good. i’ve been to several subways, and i like this one. they are quick and make a good sammich. even with a line, i know i’ll be in and out in just a few minutes. it’s a tiny store, so no room for a big line — they know how to keep it moving.

This place is okay. Parking can be tough during the lunch hour. I ordered the new oven crisp chicken. It was okay as well. There is seating inside and outside.

I was craving a Sammich so I cruised the Work Whip Cranking Biggie Smalls –I’m Going Back To Cali To Get A Sammich!!! LOL.
I rolled in and Ordered a Big Philly Cheese steak Sammich with everything on it. It was a Monster. But it Hit the Spot.
Service was good.

VERY BAD SERVICE! They dont deserve even one star. They dont speek english well there at all. I order EVERY TIME a Veggie Delight, The lady asks me the past few times «What kind mean you want on beggi?» word for word. I always respond «You usually serve me, I NEVER want meat, I am a vegetarian» She asks «Meat?» The last time I walked out.
Until this day where I gave it one more chance there. I asked for my usual Veggie Delight, and I look away for a few seconds to respond to something a friend asked. I was not paying attention at all, I got home, and I bite in to my sandwich and taste Roast Beef. Now it has been 4 years since I have had ANY sort of meat, and my body is not use to it. I have been sick for the past hour due to having eaten meat.
I will NEVER return to this subway. If you want a a better subway there is one on First Street by Mobile Parks West it is near Pizza Hut, and First Mart. AND there is one by the Mercado AMC 20 by Misson College. These two I recommend. They get your order correct.

Good and fast service. usually the lines are long duing lunch time but it goes along pretty fast. parking is limited but better than any other near by subway.

Best staff ever! Fast and friendly. Lunch hour lines can be long but they move quickly thanks to the professional staff!

It might not be so fancy to write a review about a Subway. Well, Subway helps if you are out of lunch ideas. It’s $ 5, veg and meat. Balance of nutrition, less guilty on getting fat.
Subway stores got their characters. This one is the best in 5 miles around my office building. Service is good. They ask less questions. Nod, nod, and nod. You got your meal ready!
The most important thing, they make it happen. My favorite is the Pastrami with Cheese. Some Subway stores, like the one in Mervyn’s Plaza, only provide the Pastrami with 6″ or flat bread. In this Subway, you can get your foot long.
Plus, ask for a «My SUBWAY® Cash Card», if you are a regular visitor.

hahaha… I just love the $ 5 footlong! Sometimes I can finish it, sometimes I can’t. But when you are hungry and just want a quick bite, Subway has my vote and for $ 5 bucks who can beat that!

Well, I shouldn’t be that proud, it’s just Subway…
But then again, that’s not cool — ‘just subway’ — sometimes you need Subway. Sometimes you don’t have Quizno’s money you know…
I am a fan of the daily $ 2.99 6-​inch sandwiches. Just avoid meatball Tuesday… meatballs…really? Who does that…
Let me briefly gripe — I liked when the daily sandwiches were $ 2.49. You get your sammy in for under $ 3. Now they’re $ 2.99 and that so pisses me off. After tax, that pushes you into the over $ 3 bracket and maybe I don’t have $ 3.24.
Also, does ANYBODY else in the world notice that they always try to squirt your mayo and mustard on the meat!!! WTF!
You have to keep the eagle eye on them, put condiments on the bread weird people. I guess they are trying to prevent sogginess, but trust me, I’m taking back those 6 inches in like 6 seconds.
So, despite the rant. 4 stars because for better or for worse, I tend to show up at Subway pretty often. Oh yeah, they open at 9am! Sammy trumps a donut, I’ll tell ya that much!

Bad service, stingy on meats, and its a push you through the line place. I go to a nearby subway which has better service.
