TCHO Chocolate Kiosk

I can find the fault in just about everything, though I have yet to find one in this adorable Kiosk. It has become a tradition to visit this kiosk and buy a few chocolates for friends every time I go to Valley Fair and walk past Teavana.
QUALITY: Quality of chocolate is superb. The milk chocolate with coffee notes is divine. I absolutely love Fair Trade products and this brand is arguably my favorite. The dark and milk chocolates are great, too! There is a good variety of chocolates!
APPEARANCE: Beautiful wrappers that are so cute, they stand as a gift all on their own! Every time I have gifted this chocolate, friends are delighted.
SERVICE: Customer service is A+. Hope is so nice and always cheerful, as are the other reps. Never disappointed with the service.
WHY I BUY IT: It’s Fair Trade. For literally $ 1 you can get two beautifully wonderful pieces of chocolate that actually make a difference in this world. Ethical economics is possible because of brands like Tcho (where the product alone sells itself and the social justice momentum behind it is a plus). Your purchase of this product is truly benefiting someone else in this world and that in itself is enough of a reason to strongly consider the good.
BOTTOM LINE: This is probably the best review I have given on Unilocal (60+ at time of writing this post) for so many reasons. Try some Tcho and you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see what they bring out for Valentine’s Day!

This place is amazing!!! I can’t help but stop by every few days just to pick up some favorites. I love them so much. Their entire staff is awesome! They’re high energy and always so descriptive about their chocolate. It’s hard not to fall in love with the flavors– some of my favorites is… Their TCHOchella, mokaccino, their caramel flavored chocolate and their strawberry rhubarb pie!!! YUMMMMM!!! Their SRP is riddled with strawberry pieces and real pie crust!!! Fair trade too. How amazing is that??? They’re all natural flavors, this place is to die for. Hope, Lex, Victoria and Anthony are an amazing team, kudos to TCHO.

Really impressed by the new tcho chocolate kiosk right outside teavana and loccitane. I just wanted to get a few of the tiny chocolate squares to try, but they don’t sell those individually. However, the nice lady did ask me if I would like to try one, and she directed me towards the mokaccino, their most popular flavor. While I was tasting it, she made conversation with me, and told me a little bit about the brand, which i appreciated! Their chocolates are all organic and fair trade, which is a plus!
I can see why — it is fantastic! Smooth and rich in texture and flavor but not bitter, which can be a problem with dark chocolates. I decided to pick up a bar for $ 5.95, and upon paying, the lady gave me another two samples to try!
They also have a loyalty card where if you purchase 9 bars you get the 10^th one free (I think, I’ll have to double check). Needless to say, I’ll be back! Cocoabella has some competition!

Really, really good chocolate (I love their PureNotes dark chocolates), and the staff at the kiosk is really friendly as well, but I was disappointed to discover that this was truly just a kiosk. I had hopes that it would be a little more like the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf «kiosk» shop because I really was hoping for a TCHO shot (it’s never the same when you make it at home), but it’s good to know that I can get TCHO here if they don’t have the ones I want in the local grocery stores.

Excellent chocolates! I especially like the dark ones and the packaging is super nice as well. A little expensive, but the quality is definitely worth the price and it’s organic and fair trade too! Highly recommend!

Came to Valley Fair Mall Yesterday to do some light shopping. To my surprise TCHO had opened a kiosk. I stopped and was greeted by two very nice young ladies. Both were super knowledgeable and provided me with many different options. I bought my wife a couple bars and bought myself a Mokaccino. Yum yum… I have to say keep up the good work and love the employee’s enthusiasm!!! Thanks TCHO I will be back !!!
