Not much of a selection at all. I guess they are an online store. Lady did not even speak to me to say hello or ask if I needed help. I guess they don’t need any new business.
They sure won’t get any of mine.

Very expensive place!
I purchased 360 inches of ULTRA MICRO FIBER SUEDE and paid 60 $!!! When in Michael it costs only 10 $ even for more quality products.
The people there were nice, but cut the staff fast, even before I knew the price. By the time I got to pay I was shocked how expensive it was for only 4 staff.
I wouldn’t recommend buying there.

Just recently got into beading and found this place via Unilocal.I actually went to the store before realizing they mostly sell stuff online. The lady at the store was pretty helpful in finding things. Great selection of glass beads. Shipping took about a week to get to Mountain View. You can also opt for pick up at the store. Will definitely be getting more beads here in the future.

Melanie (I assume she is the person running the place) sent an apology and later shipped the 5 beads. Got them yesterday. (Exactly one week from my review) Yayyyy!!! :)
But. But… the entire process was a little curt.
A) I was never told that they were shipping it (granted it was only 5 missing beads. but they were MY beads and I needed 22… So i ended up hounding them about it :()
B) I was not given an explanation as to why they weren’t shipped properly the first time or
C) Why I never got a reply to the query I left on their website.
Melanie saw my review, sent an apology. I replied. as to what the issue was and that I had tried calling them AND had left a message on their website prior to the review… I asked her if they would be shipping the beads separately? I even offered for them to ship it with my next order. (See! I was courteous.) Then. ONE WEEK of silence!!! And voila… yesterday when I checked my mail box my cute little beads were home.
So it is either. A) it is too much for them to handle. coz they are short staffed or B) Business is so good that they just dont care that much
Will I be ordering again? Of course yes… Do I wish they were more reachable? Duh!!!
Either ways if you are looking for good selection pls check out their store. If you get your beads «as ordered» the first time you would’nt have to deal with anything else.

I did some online bead splurging today at Venetian Bead Shop’s online store and WOWZA! What a selection!
I’m totally into Swarovski pearls and crystals, and after I made a necklace for my wedding, I’m all in, and ready to take on earrings and a bracelet! So, I was just browsing and found the pearls I wanted C-​to the HEAP!
I also found some findings and things that I didn’t see at another store I shopped. I was thrilled. I stocked up on pearls, crystals, and gold filled findings for less than $ 25! SUUWWEEEET!
I placed my order online today, got the shipment notice and hopefully they will arrive soon, since they’re only coming from Sunnyvale. How convenient!
