Wizbots Imagineering Camps – Santa Clara

I’m a heavy Unilocal user and this is the first time I feel compelled to write a review. This review is for the Wizbots Summer Camp at Santa Clara. I was specifically looking for robotics camp for my 1^st grader. She is a bit shy, so I wanted a club where she would feel comfortable and welcome. The Wizbots club was fantastic — right from registration where Lisa was extremely helpful to the instructors Joshua and others who provided an environment where kids could really explore and build various items, only limited by their creativity. They had a huge amount of things to work with and kids were encouraged to come up with ideas. The instructors provided help as needed. Once the projects were completed (i.e. in working condition), they videotaped it and loaded it on their site. They have various levels — and my kid always was looking forward to getting to the next level. The atmosphere was very friendly and encouraging. It was great to see all the cool things that were created in this camp. My kid enjoyed this club tremendously (and has talked about this club endlessly to anyone who would listen!) and is very proud of her accomplishments there. Kudos to camp team & we’ll definitely be there next summer!
