One of the nicest and genuine guys you will find. He was very honest and made a free visit because I wasn’t sure if it was tuning or hard work repairs my piano needed. He also explained pretty much that was needed to know (mechanics, problems to the piano, and what it needed to be done) to my son since he is the one that plays the piano. I will definitely keep his card and call on him for tuning this piano after I get it for major repairs. Rare to find honest and genuine people like Bob.
