Canyon Country Car Wash

My car always gets treated badly. Always water spots no matter how good of a wash I get.
My tips get lower and lower every time I come here.
They stopped offering cash back when you pay.
Now you have to use heir ATM to pull out cash which charges you a fee. So now I’m losing money to pay their employees, when I get an unfinished job that I’m paying for. This place has bad work ethics. No integrity.
The mentality of «I get X amount of tips per car wash» shows in every car they push through their assembly line.
I always find myself back here cause the coupons but quickly find myself disappointed due to the remembrance of how they never treat your car well.
Oh well.
Just expect to tip for a half ass job in the end.
You never get what you pay for.

Would not go to again. Was driving by and my truck needed a wash. I stopped in. Took about 30mins to get to a drying station. The guy took about 30 mins to dry. When I arrived home I notice my truck looked as if I went through a gas station wash. Dirt still everywhere. Truck was not clean. Inside I’m pretty sure no one vacuumed the back seats. There still very dirty. Very disappointed.

Pulled in to wash car and some guy was standing there for about 5 minutes texting on his phone and didn’t even notice me sitting there looking at him. So I direct myself behind another car, he then finally looks up and helps and directs the car that pulled in behind, he then begins helping this person knowing by now I’m sitting here with the door open. You should know better and value your customers time. I put my car in reverse and yes, backed out. I take cues from different things in life to help guide my decision making and this said run to another car wash.

I was next in line for service. I waited and waited and other cars that pulled up after me were helped. So I drove off. Won’t ever be coming back. There are other places to get your car washed in this area so why bother. Bad service.

There’s nothing like starting morning by getting ripped off. I presented there own coupon to them for a $ 9 car wash and they said that not there coupon and there is an addition $ 2 charge per car. I showed them it was there address, but they said it wasn’t and dropped the extra charge to a $ 1 more per car. Not wanting to argue over a $ 1. I just paid and went across the street to grab breakfast. When walking back I could see the address on the side of the building was clearly their address on there coupon.

Got there early got early bird special they call it best of the best. Well after truck comes out of wash I wait for 20 minutes there are only 2 other cars there. Got my truck inside still dirty nothing got wiped down. Went and said something was told they don’t really wipe down the inside that wash is $ 45 what a joke you have to pay more to get the inside clean. Time to go back to Lyons car wash.

Well after nearly 25 minutes my car finally comes out of the wash. Let’s see how the dry service is. It’s not that busy but they are either slow, understaffed, or both. And for $ 11.99 basic wash.

I would give this place no stars but that is not an option. I asked for a regular car wash and for the inside to be vacuumed good. Was told if I wanted it vacuumed good I would have to pay extra for it ??? Extra for my car to be vacuumed good? I should have known it would be extra since the other times I’ve come the inside of my car was never cleaned good. I clarified with the guy, maybe I misunderstood him. Asked him if with the regular car wash the inside would not be vacuumed good. Again he replied that if I wanted it vacuumed good I would have to pay extra and THAT WITH A REGULAR CARWASH IT WOULD NOT BE VACUUMED GOOD!!! He actually said that! I said never mind and immediately left that place. Last time I will ever go here! Decided to try one up the street instead.

The service is good the prices have gone up the full service wash and tire dressing and tip for the guys came up to $ 23.00

DO NOT GO HERE! …they will scratch your car and not give two shits about it, and their customer service is HORRIBLE, the manager? .very unprofessional and that lady that stands their hates the shit out of her life!

Had my car washed here a couple times due to how close it is to home. Quality of wash was nothing to brag about. Needed an early morning wash on Saturday and saw an advertisement saying they open at 7:30 am. Come to find out they mean casually setup at 7:30 and maybe start washing by 8:10. Not happy!

First time coming here for a car wash. It’s not as busy as Lyons car wash which is great for me. I love a thorough wash. Prices are reasonable 11.95 for a car wash and 3.00 tire detail. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this place! I’m not coming back again. They do a horrible job and the guy that runs this place is so rude and unprofessional! The used dirty hand towels to clean my car and left smelling so disgusting!
Now wonder they have such bad reviews!

I had been going to this place for a while, but will officially stop after today. This place has always been a pretty basic car wash spot. For $ 10 they had been doing a «decent job» and I always left thinking, «eh, for $ 10, it’s clean enough». After witnessing how they handle they customer service today, I will no longer patronize this establishment.
For the record, I never wash my own car. I am that lazy. Also, I am very familiar with the scratches on my car. I never place items (bags, groceries, boxes, etc.) anywhere on my car. The morning after my car wash from this place, I noticed scratches on the trunk of my car. Not just a single scratch, but a surface area of scratch, which I can only surmise came from a wiping action of some sort. Since I am not one to ever wipe my car down, I was extremely sure that these scratches came from Canyon Country Car Wash.
I called the establishment later that morning and spoke to a lady who told me to bring the car in and her manager would take a look. Upon showing the manager the trunk of my car he defensively and with utmost certainty said there was no way it could have been from their car wash. I told him that I guessed it occurred during the wiping down process. His response was «No, we wipe in circles here, not up and down». I explained that the scratches weren’t there before and that I never clean my car myself and his only rebuttal was that «someone did». Unless there is a secret car wash fairy who lives in my garage, I still fully believe this incident occurred in their hands.
I understand that things like this happen in car washes. It would be nice if an establishment would at least honor what a customer has to say rather than respond defensively. I would have been okay with a «sorry about that, i’ll talk to the guys to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again». But no, instead I got «there’s no way this happened here».

I wish I had checked Unilocal before going here… they left my car dirty and I left with a scratch on my brand new car! … very disappointed I got my money back… they use the same rags so that your car has streaks and smells like wet dirty towel and the service is very unprofessional!

Now I can understand why they have bad ratings. Not from here needed a car wash really bad. First time here. Saw they had a special reg. Car wash for 9.99(some days) I or out of my car and noticed they didn’t ask for a fragranced I asked Juan if they do that as I thought the special didn’t include it and I was willing to pay for it. So I asked him and he said no you have to buy it inside. Ok went inside and he came in and rang me up. I asked if there is a credit card fee if not will give him cash. He said no with a attitude. Ok. Them I asked was does the special include because it does not say. He said regular wash and vacuum. & I asked no window cleaning or wipe down inside? He answered yes with attitude again and rolled his eyes. So at that point I just stopped asking questions. Will never come here again if I’m in town. I rather have my car dirty then pay for rude service.

DONT GO HERE!!! Indian cashier meth addict lady is very confrontational. Poor customer service. The car wash was simply ok. Mixed with bad service this place is a complete No No for anyone. be warned. There are 2 other car washes down the street. We will not put up with bad service.

Cleanliness: zero — this facility is filthy. Trash tucked in corners (check photos), disgusting bathrooms, cracked tiles, weathered tables and chairs. Dear owner: have some pride in your establishment, that stuff matters.
Customer Serve: one — I had issues with ticket guy (see review below) and they don’t keep to posted hours. I had no issues at cash register, but guy paying before was getting the run around about some coupon they refused to accept. Shady stuff…
Wash: 3 — basic car wash
Detailer — 5 — top notch and only reason I’d come back.
Merchandise/​waiting areas: check expiration date on food and drink. This waiting area and lil shop is horrible– they really need help with display and stocking merchant. It makes the place rather pathetic.
I am conflicted with this review. They are literally ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ with me. I took my car here a little over an hour before closing time on a Friday evening and there was one other customer ahead of me. Not busy at all for a Friday which I found odd. The ticket guy said they wouldn’t be able to take my car because they wouldn’t be able to finish before closeting time. He said to come back the next morning and he’d give me a discount so I obliged. I showed up next morning at opening time and they never opened. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up! So I went to a car wash up the street.
A few weeks later I came back and was actually able to get my car washed. The actual wash is just a machine and those are standard so no complaints from that. The real meat and potatoes is the detailer. I got a really good guy who really dried off all water stains and did a great job on my interior. The inside looked brand new (and I have 4 young kids)!!!

Don’t bother going in there at 4:45 pm on a Sunday. Because they will tell you they are closed even through there working hours are till 5:00…Thank God Water Wheel is right down the street and saved my day!

I am at this car wash now and the «manager» is arguing with me bcuz he wants me to pay more money to literally wash my car with soap.
I paid 12.99 and the car being white in color its dirty with «dirt» nothing that soap and hand cannot remove.
He would not rewash nor refund instead he told me not to come back.
Paying customers should not be subjected to this and because he is 4′ tall don’t take it out on the world.
I am reporting to Better Business Burear and Consumer Reporting.
