Excellent customer service, great coffee and supreme donuts. Thank you DD’ for coming to CC!

Not only was the advice lacking but the donut my son got stale and the blended coffee I got so artificial it was really not drinkable. Not sure if any actual coffee was used, seems like a lot of syrup and just plain crap, the quality here is atrocious and not worth the money or calories, pretty much any mom and pop donut shop in town is better than this! Not worth returning.

I enjoy dunks, I used to live on the east coast for a bit. And I worked at dunks for a year, so maybe I expect more when ordering a coffee and not having them mess it up, or expecting a knife with my cream cheese. I expect more for the drive thru people as well. I live right next to this one, and I will still come and explain my coffee 500 times, but I do wish training was more efficient. It does get rather irritating when I have to go back constantly to have the fix something. I once had to go back 3 times to have them fix my coffee.

Never been to Dunkin’ so I was super excited when I heard they were opening. The donut was extremely stale their green tea is good though!

Just finished having a yummy Valentine’s donut and coolata. The staff was friendly and very patient with my ordering; I’m a newbie. A plus — women’s restroom very clean.

This place is awesome, their drinks and food is always made to perfection, drive thru wait is no problem at all and workers there are always pleasant! I love their coffee and their prices definitely beat Starbucks anyday. Their donuts are so good but their breakfast sandwiches are always my favorite!

Expected more but it fell short. Set up is good. Brand new fixture, brightly lit. Coffee is good. My husband is from New York. We came here to eat Honest review. Besides the coffee, the donuts were stale. I concur to another reviewer. Also my daughter’s croissant was burnt, before they release it. We had to have it replaced. The wifi is great. This is where I wrote this review. Bottomline: Don’t expect much. This is not the east coast dd that people in the east coast is crazy about. This is a lukewarm response from me.

I hope whoever owns or manages this branch reads my review. We were so excited when this joint opened. Wow! The SCV has been blessed with a rare Dunkin Donuts joint. Well that was short-lived. 4 days ago was the 5th time i have gone here where they barely have any donuts for sale! Well at least the good ones aren’t… and i’ve come in at different times of the day, too. But i was like, ok i’ll give them one more chance before i post a review. I just drove there tonight after work, and guess what? No Donuts… And Never a single boston cream available. Their breakfast tastes like microwaved plastic. I dropped by a mom & pop donut shop on the way to work the other day, and not only did their donut taste better, they actually had some! Please make your food quality & availability better. We really want you to stay.

I probably don’t have anything new to add, it’s a typical Dunkin. Donuts and chai latte were good. Service friendly. Store was clean. No complaints here.

Unfortunately I rate this location a 2, and that is primarily because the building and its contents were nice. This is the first Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and was really excited until I interacted with the employee at the register. The first girl was clocking out saying she was going on break and the next girl acted like she was extremely bothered that we were there. We had a simple order of getting something to dine in and the rest to go home. The girl seemed really confused and didn’t want to put forth the effort to help us. Never smiled or said thank you. The quality of the food was not pleasant. I got a chocolate filled powder covered donut(seemed stale) and my fiancé got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel(had no taste and wasn’t hot). We ordered 2 coffees, a macchiato and a regular coffee. The regular coffee was cold and the macchiato was only half filled. The manager(or someone of importance was sitting in the lobby) walked up to me and tried to make it right by correcting the drinks and apologizing. Lastly at the time we walked into the dining room it was slow and only 1 other person there, but the floor was dirty and had trash under the tables and counters needed to be wiped down. I was hopeful and excited about the exterior and the brand that the company displays on TV but was really disappointed with the customer service and cleanliness of this establishment. Seems they need better management that will get on top of the staff to create a better environment.

I love Dunkin Donuts! I’m so glad they are expanding into California. This is a nice, new, bright and clean shop! I dropped one star because of the wait time. They are very patient and polite with customers and some people take a long time to decide or choose which donuts they want. I’m glad that the staff is patient and polite but maybe they need more registers if this happens often. My favorite is their Boston Cream donut!

So, glad they decided to open in DD in SCV. The coffee is hit or miss depending on the workers who work there. I usually get a caramel iced coffee. Somedays, I’ll come in and my coffee is made perfect. Other days, my coffee might be not sweet enough or watered down. Sometimes, my coffee isn’t even filled to the top! Like come on it’s a see through cup and isn’t it a little rude giving a customer coffee that’s not filled to the top? I don’t know, but that’s just me! Most of the time when I come into the place there’s a gross smell coming from the bathroom and the place is a mess. The trash is full, the tables are dirty and the chairs are all over the place. There’s plenty of workers working and normally when i come in the place isn’t busy. You would think a couple of the workers would take the trash out and clean the place up a little bit. Management needs to train their workers more to keep the place lookin pretty!

I’ve been going to Dunkin donuts forever since I grew up in New York, finally it’s in California. It’s always been the concept the cashier will grab your donut, bagel or muffin Problem is today at this location the cashier used half wax paper and half his hand to grab the donuts I asked for. Then he handled the register again I guess a surprise for my children got thrown in the garbage I don’t complain in the store to make the guy uncomfortable for $ 5, so hopefully someone worthy reads it and corrects him with proper food handling

I know this place is new and I want to give it some time to settle in. BUT, I have been here twice and both times have been a complete disaster. Once was in the drive-through which took about 15 min which had little to do with the length of the line and more to do with how long each order took, even mine. I ordered 4 donuts and 3 drinks. When placing the order, the employee took a couple tries to understand my order and was hard to understand(again, 4 donuts and 3 drinks). Once I got to the window I waited over 5 minutes for my order. And with very little(if any) acknowledgement from the employee about the obviously TOOLONG wait for my purchase. The second visit, I decided to walk in and see if the drive-through was just a fluke. There were 5 customers in the restaurant and(as far as I could see) 9 employees working behind the counter…9. I understand that some could have been training, but if they were training then it was even worse because the tables were all a mess and the floors were extremely crummy and not appetizing at all. The service(again, the person was being trained so I will give SOME slack for that) was spotty. The trainER had no idea how some things worked and missed a few parts of my order(my order was 2 donuts and 2 drinks, not much to mess up… but). The music was loud and weird for a «relaxing coffee shop» atmosphere in addition to a television. The napkin holders were empty during our entire visit with no one making an attempt to refill them even when I pointed it out. There is no way DD is going to open 15 new stores over the next few years if this is the level of management they will be getting. Overall, for a place as anticipated as a local Dunkin’ Donuts, this one is a HUGE missed opportunity. Very disappointed in the franchise and for the time being, we’ll just go back to Starbucks.

Dunkin Donuts!!! You would think that a well known franchise with«Donut» in the name offers top of the line tasting donuts right??? WRONG! My donut tasted stale and nasty! I felt like i was biting into old dough that had been deep fried in 1 yr old vegetable oil. One bite was enough. Poor lil guy went in the trash. As for my coffee drink. I asked the worker to recommend me something delicious. He said i should try the mocha swirl and i did. The first 3 – 4 sips got me chanting happily. MOCH– AHHSAAWUURL!!! MOCH– AHHSAAWUURL!!! MOCH– AHHSAAWUURL!!! After that sugar rush. I realized all i taste is SUGAR. I felt so gross! Uhhhh I looked to the side of the cup and realized he had written a number 3 next to the Sugar amount. Blexxxx maybe i was suppose to ask them to add no sugar? I wish he asked me how sweet i would like the drink. I didn’t know i had a choice… Anyway if you want to give them a try. Take the 5 to the 14 and exit Sierra Hwy Continue driving straight and you will see DD on ur right. They are located in a huge shopping plaza with Charter College and a bunch of other businesses. The drive thru– is a tight maze and there was hardly a line. Enjoy :)

I have been rewarded for my Dunkin Donuts loyalty. The uppity uppers of the realm of Dunkin Donuts have been following my adventures all over the state. I can picture them in their suits and ties from on high atop their Business towers. «Just look at that great, wonderful, awesome and handsome guy. He’s driving hundreds of miles and all over the state of California for our donuts? Let’s help him out and put one just a mile from his home to reward him for his loyalty.» So a Dunkin Donuts opened up a mile from my home. Now that it’s here, it’s kind of a double edged sword. I love that at any moment I can just hop in the car, drive down the street to a Dunkin Donuts for their wonderful assortment of coffees, donuts, and other great breakfast items. But there’s also the fact that… at any moment I can just hop in the car, drive down the street to a Dunkin Donuts for their wonderful assortment of coffees, donuts and other great breakfast items. They’ve been open about a week now, and I’ve visited many many many many times for their wonderful products. Their employees are nice and helpful and learning their responsibilities well, which is dramatically reducing the wait times for their items. Their donuts are wonderful, their iced coffee is magical, and I’m discovering that their breakfast sandwiches are also pretty damned good. I’ve downloaded their rewards app onto my ipad, which always works in their wifi filled dining area. Even outside while sitting on the stone patio they’ve built looking onto Sierra Highway. It really is a nice place. The restaurant is always clean, the people are friendly, and the donuts really are made with magic and love. I am quite glad they’ve opened. I will visit probably more often than I really do need too. I just hope ‘Death by Chocolate’ really is a figurative term. Thanks alot guys!

Drive-thru: averaging 5 – 6 minutes going thru in the first couple of days of it’s Grand Opening. Ordering INSIDE: wait times can average 15 – 20 minutes. UPDATE: 8÷18÷15(after 8 check-ins) Donuts=just OK(my family likes our old S&S on Soledad) Coffee=watered-down McCafe-style coffee(I still prefer the rich flavors that Strbks offers)

Santa Clarita Valley’s first Dunkin Donuts location here in Canyon Country. The location finally opens up today with their grand opening with numerous people standing in line. The first person in line and the first car in drive thru received free Donuts for a year. Unfortunately, it wasn’t me. This location was an old Taco Bell location which was closed for some time. It features a drive thru which some Socal Dunkin Donuts locations don’t have. It is located in a small business center which can busy at times. The restaurant does have some outdoor seating so you can eat outside if seating inside fills up.
