Note did not use this service. This guy advertises everywhere in Santa Clarita. I Called him about some work needed done.
Told him about some previous problems with other handyman. Guess he got scared.
All of sudden he was booked up and doesn’t work weekends. What kind of a person doesn’t work weekends or least make attempt to accommodate. Services beware!! Most people work weekends and least Saturdays.

I ended up with some car issues and had to leave my car around Valencia. Not knowing anyone in the area I had to find someone reliable and trustworthy to get the job done. I am happy I put my trust in Vance, he came through for me in a bind in a timely and professional manner at an affordable price. Would hire him again in a heartbeat, thanks Vance!

We located Vance on Unilocal and chose him because of his reviews.
I did a lot of calling around — mostly got voicemails and had a call back ratio of about 25%. Vance phoned back quickly and we scheduled time for an on-​site. His prices are fair, he does good work, and if he hasn’t done it before, he’s upfront and offers, «well, this is how I’d go about it.»
Vance was able to do everything we needed at home and our small business. He does great work and is reliable — he’s our first go-​to guy.

Vance did a great job at my condo. From painting and texturing to installing a new bathroom toilet, sink and vanity. Trustworthy, on time, accurate estimates … what more could you ask for? Will definitely be hiring again.

Thank you Vance for doing all my Honey Do lists that I had in my home like a monster behind me for a long long time. Thank you for solving my plumbing and all other minutia problems around the house so easily and fast. Most important, thank you for taking MY WIFE OFF MY BACK asking me almost every single day to fix it myself… no way, now Handyman Vance to the rescue, we’ll call you back again when necessary. Prompt, moderate price and trustworthy. I could give 6 stars, sorry, only five allowed.

Vance is great! I’ve had him do jobs for me and other friends, and each time the job was done well, and also for a good price. Vance is trustworthy and thorough with his work. I totally recommend him for any projects that you might have!
