Here at Henry Rodriguez State Farm, I couldn’t have found a better place to start at as my first job. The staff is down-​to-​earth, friendly, informative, and always of service. In addition, the insurance prices are always affordable and the staff is very understanding to those in need of an affordable insurance. Henry Rodriguez and his staff work tirelessly to ensure all kinds of insurance for their customers — ranging from life and health insurance to auto and homeowners insurance. As a trainee, I have quickly latched onto the work routine of my coworkers. For these reasons, I highly recommend this insurance office to anyone looking for five-​star quality insurance.

Henry and his team is very knowledgeable when it relates to insurance related products. I would recommend Henry agency to anyone looking for auto, home or life insurance. My family and i been insured with State Farm for many years and never had issues when we had a claim or question regarding our billing.

I must say I always thought buying a life insurance policy was going to be a long grueling process but thanks to Edgar Corona it was the complete opposite! He explained the different types of policies they offer and the difference between them. He answered all of my questions and trust me there were a lot of them haha. But he explained them in such a way that it was so easy to understand. So thank you Edgar! I will definitely recommend him and this agency to everyone! They will take care of you!

I would recommend this agency to anyone! They are very friendly and professional. I recently received quotes for life insurance and they were very inexpensive. The staff is so kind and helpful which made the process very easy for me. I will defiantly be coming back to them for any other insurance needs.

Eddie was fantastic! He helped me to obtain a policy that was the right price with the right coverage and made it very easy to do. We did it over the phone in about 10 minutes and I recommend him to anyone.

I recently became part of the State Farm family and I have nothing but good things to say. I needed insurance fast so I contacted State Farm and was fortunate enough to speak with Montana. She was extremely polite and answered all my questions. Not only did she give me a great deal but she made me more aware of my insurance and how my last company gave me less than sufficient coverage. This is my first time with State Farm and I definitely recommend this agency.

I just want to thank the whole Rodriguez agency on being so nice and polite when I went in to get my insurance policy. The ladies were all wonderful and the sales rep Bridget provided me with great experience and answered all my questions I had. Even after hours I had a question and I texted her and got a response immediately. I was previously insured with State Farm but I don’t ever remember getting this remarkable service with my previous agent.

I usually can’t stand dealing with insurance agents, companies, adjusters, etc. Anything insurance usually leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Then I men Henry. Incredible customer service, best rates in town and always there when I need him. I am really glad I made the switch! You should too!

Henry called me and apologized for my bad experience. He took the time to listen to me and he wants to make it right. He was personally unaware of my experience so he is working to better his staff.

What can I say? After 4 new cars, a stolen car, two other StateFarm agents, Henry Rodriguez is your go to guy. Honest, reliable, and always available. It’s been quite a journey leaving Henry for a minute to go over to AAA on a falsified lure of cheaper rates (read the fine print), but I’m glad we ran back over to Henry.
There is nothing better than being able to send a text to your insurance Agent during Labor Day weekend with a picture of a VIN plate of a new car and his response is — Done. That’s the kind of service that is written in text books of «Great Customer Service.»
Price-​wise — Henry is always willing to review my policy with me, however frequent that is to make sure I am getting the best deal. However, there have been times where a competitor has come out lower, but you get what you pay for. Sorry competitors — Henry Rodriguez State Farm Agency is the best. I recommend him to all my FB friends, Unilocal Networks or anyone looking for an honest person to do business with.

So I was browsing local insurance companies for a renter’s policy the other day and who would of thought that one of the most well known household named company would be the absolute lowest I found. Go figure Right lol. I called at least 5 other companies the past couple days (all which were unheard of, btw) had crazy rates and boring or rude representatives. I really thought because the insurance companies I looked for were unheard of underdog companies that I would get the lowest price. Boy was I WRONG!
State Farm has policies for less than $ 30 a month. Im serious, for less than $ 1 a day you can have renters insurance. Not only did they have impressive rates but the staff at the SCV location off Soledad Canyon is Awesome. Seriously I would have never called them. I was eating at Carl’s Jr and decided to walk-​in and it was the best decision iv made all year. I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies who all gave me great advise not only about my renters insurance, but they gave me a better deal for my car insurance.
Ultimately it was Karina who I sat down with me and she was able to get my renters insurance incredibly cheap. She also gave me a much better quote for my car insurance.

I recently got Home/​Auto & Life insurance from Ashley Solon at this location and I have to say that she was such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and on top of everything, I couldn’t believe how prompt she was on getting all of my needs fulfilled and making sure my family & I were taken care of. I’ve been insured by a few different agencies in the 10 years that I’ve owned a car. Out of all of those agencies, Henry’s is the only one that has had truly exceptional customer service. From day one they’ve made me feel like I’m part of their family rather than just a «number». It wasn’t long after that I decided to bundle my house with them too. The staff is always available to answer any of my questions, they call me any time there’s an option to save me money, and every year they send me a birthday card (it’s the little things). Their rates are fantastic and the service is always fast and painless (I don’t have to answer 20 questions before getting a resolution). I’ve recommended this agency to several of my friends and family and will continue to do so. They’re the best!

Wow… No one was opened today and this office was the only insurance office that was. I needed coverage on my new car right away as I have an appointment with the dmv to register it first thing Monday morning!
