Mariness Chata did amazing for us. She had previously helped my Mom buy her house so we also decided to go with her. She made the process so easy for us and had an answer for every question we had. This was our first time selling a house so there was some fear involved, but she made it easy. I plan on going back to her in the future when we plan on buying our next home.

Mariness is a rare find these days: while most real estate agents are just trying to close a deal in order to get the commission, she has the patience to really teach you about getting the best deal possible in this crazy market. Mariness will spend the time to not only find exactly what you want to buy, but also to remove all the insecurity that comes with buying a new home.
Aside from all that, she also takes care of all the paperwork in a way that makes you completely comfortable, headache free. I was completely in awe of her professionalism, patience, knowledge and willingness to help.
