Service: Excellent. And the man who made it all happen… INES.
We have our regular auto mechanic when work needs to be done on the car. But for tires, we happened to come across this place yesterday, a last minute thing. They took care of our slow-​leak which we had thought was from one of the tires. Within minutes of arriving, Ines took a quick look, removed the tire and checked for leaks. It turned out it wasn’t our tire — it was from the tire rim, a slight corrosion. This caused the tire not to seal properly, thus causing the slow air leak. Problem solved!
A huge thank you to My Auto & Tire Service. We got there when it wasn’t too busy. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. But I want to really make sure I point out INES. This man jumped right in and made it happen. He is such a great worker; he certainly earned my respect for his hard work and attention to detail. When it comes to service, Ines is a Rock Star.

Jason and Sal are the best people to deal with! I always buy my tires from them for the last 6 years. They will price match the lowest price u can find elsewhere. I had my tires installed here recently and I wa supposed to get charged for TPMS installation but Jason was so nice he didn’t charge me! I will refer them to my friends and I know I won’t be embarrassed:)

Courteous front desk. Made it clear that flat tires are never fun but a fix is necessary. Reasonable price on a very good used tire which included mounting. Very respectful to customers and I will go here next time I need a patch, a good used tire or new tires all together.

This is my go to tire store for almost two years and have no plans to change that. Jason and everyone else is very professional and accommodating to your car maintenance needs. They have always come through when I needed tires mounted when many other locations in the valley wouldn’t even try. Work from mounting race slicks to patching my mothers tire that was purchased at a national tire retailer and were adamant that the tire could not be repaired. (2 months since patch repair no pressure loss or warning light). While I have only used their tire services they are a full auto repair shop and if my past experience with them is the same then the quality of the work will be great.

Good guys here, took care of my 2003 tahoes problems at a pretty reasonable price. Hard to find mechanics to trust, but look no further, bring your car here for an estimate. I have the work done 2 weeks ago but just finished driving my car home right now and its driving so good I needed to leave this review take care

This place is great! I don’t understand much about car maintenance, but Jason goes through every single repair made, and why it was necessary BEFORE and AFTER the repairs are done. Nothing was ever done to my car without consulting me before by phone about price and time needed for repairs. I’ve taken my car here for years and I would highly recommend it for those who are not too familiar with car maintenance and even those who are!

I went to My Tire Store #2 because my car was overheating and leaking. They replaced a hose and flushed my radiator fluid now my car purrs like a kitten. I highly recommend this place! Fast, friendly and honest!

Great group of guys working here! Service goes above and beyond typical tire shops. Pricing for their wheels is fair and competitive. I was in a desperate situation where I needed more than 1 tire to be replaced because of a road hazard. Knowing that I had no other choice but to buy tires from them, Jason still gave me the best price for the tires without trying to nickle and dime. Service wise, Jason and his team were very accommodating. My wife and I were pretty much stranded at the shop on a Sunday morning due to both our cars being inoperable due to tire issues. Jason was able to organize transportation for us back home and also help me get all of my stock spare tires back to the shop to get 1 of our 2 cars operable again until the aftermarket wheels got fixed.

Just moved back to the area and needed some tires mounted, balanced, and installed. Called them up after reading the Unilocal reviews and they live up to it. Jason answered the phone and was very professional and accommodating. They got me all setup quickly, under a hour I think which is a lot faster than I am used to. I will be going here from now on.

They are honestly competitive with our tire prices they are very courteous and nice and very fast with their service and they stand behind their work. Listen to the recommendation on tires, cheaper is not always better, they will try to give you the best quality tire for the dollar. I have been going there since they have opened and have always been happy with a recommendation on tires.

These guys are the real deal. I called about 5 different places to have my AC repaired – none of which seemed to understand the importance of being friendly and good customer service. Seems like most shops in the SCV answer the phone like you’re a thorn in their side. Then my neighbor recommended Jason and Sal and I couldn’t be happier. Friendly, HONEST, VERY AFFORDABLE and very accommodating. Oh and did I mention affordable? These guys were about ½ the price of everyone else I talked to! I’ll be using them from here on out and referring all family and friends.
