Took in my iPhone 6 to replace cracked screen. It costs a few more dollars than it would had i gone to Apple store, but no lines and FAST service. 15 minutes is all it took.

I got my power button fixed for my iPhone 5, in less than one hour. Totally happy with the service, I highly recommend.

Baby dropped my phone and it stopped working, went into Verizon at the mall and the salesman didn’t seem very interested in helping me so I left. Stumbled upon this store and decided to give it a shot — Walter fixed my phone in 3 seconds. Seriously 3 seconds. Saved me money from buying a new one at Verizon! Thank u Walter! Great store, highly recommend!

I thought this place was great cause it was recommended from bestbuy in the mall to repair the cell phone. I want to tell you NOT.
I gave them a deposit to get the part for the for phone in the thrid week of oct, The owner said give me 3 days to get it in.
after 5 days and not hearing anything I went to the shop.
The owner told me that give him a few more days.
A week later I went by the shop and he told me that the part came in broken and had to order a new replacement Now 2^nd week of Nov.
No parts in I still waited.
Dec 14 I went to the store and were told the parts were in other location.
He told me he would bring the parts down on Dec 17 and we went to the store
drop the phone off and 1pm and at 7pm the owner had not came in and we were
told again the parts were on order.
THis was long enough I asked for my deposit back and the store refused said I had to wait 10 minutes, After being determined they refunded my monies.
three other folks walk out after listen to me asking why no phone call or updates and why being flakey about wanting to repair the phone.
The store DIDN’T EVEN CARE about getting the matter or having the phone fixed after two months.
I don’t write reviews cause everyone has a off day and that cool.
But the run around and no return calls or updates
BUT MANY TIMES being lied to about when they could fix the phone
Should pick a new job
