O Sushi

My husband and I were on vacation here, and we looked up a place for sushi nearby and among the many options there were, we chose this one. The fish tasted so fresh! And there were many rolls with completely new flavors and experiences that we had not come across before! We were impressed with how fast they came out and how pretty they looked. The only reason we put 4 stars is because our waiter wasn’t exactly «top notch». He actually complained to us about wanting to go home and how we was only here for the money. We thought it was odd for him to share something like that with us. Other than that, the food was great. We ordered the Pink Dragon, Highway 14, Crab Meat Crab, and the Mega Mega Rolls. The pink Dragon was amazing, with a small slice of lemon on top and cucumber and shrimp tempura, it was a very refreshing roll.

O Sushi is definitely our go-​to place locally for the freshest sushi!!! David is a very customer service oriented & hard working owner who takes pride in delivering the best value for your money! He is quick and always ensures a great meal!
Isabel & Jill are very attentive servers who learn your preferences and you never have to ask them for refills or extra napkins!
Although this sushi restaurant is a la carte, totally worth it!!! I’ve had too many bad experiences at places that serve pre-​made sushi on conveyor belts! Eeek!

Seriously never going to this place again. I walked in with some friends and the girl server didn’t seem to realize she was in customer service and was very rude. I got up and paid for my friends drinks and left this place. Don’t treat people like you are better then them you are after all there to serve your customers.

Went here with my boyfriend and I am happy to say that we will be regulars! The rolls are so so so good! And our server was super nice and always asked if we were doing okay, if we needed anything else, and cleared our table so it was never cluttered with plates. Prices were good and the atmosphere was just right. I could totally recommend this place!

One of my favorites in SCV! Japanese burrito is soooo good! Everything I’ve tried here is fresh and delicious. Customer service is good too.

This is really a 4.5. Really fresh, nice service and reasonable prices. I took a .5 off because my wife’s portions were small. The Soledad roll is everything good about sushi in one roll.

David and his staff are absolutely awesome and welcoming! Great dining environment, fantastic service with all the mouthwatering fresh flavors you crave in sushi. I have been working my way down the menu, ZERO disappointments! Beer Specials are unbeatable.

Although I have only ordered take-​out since it changed ownership, I do so frequently. I spoke to the chef and was pleased to find out that they use Norwegian salmon. This is one of my sushi go-​to places in Santa Clarita.

The spicy tuna had a nice velvety texture. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the drive from the valley just for dinner.

Came here a long time ago and it was ehh. We decided to give them another shot and am so glad we did! The quality in their fish is fresh and good! Each sushi roll I ordered did not disappoint. I highly recommend this sushi bar!

Pretty good, basic sushi place. Menu is small, limited and only one chef is making sushi.
They do not offer All You Can Eat and the menu is basic Californian style sushi.
The service was a bit slower than usual because we had a trainee that day.
Not really our style… Willing to try other joints next time.

Loved this place! Just a little place, nothing fancy… makes a great lunch spot. The miso soup was devine, the seaweed salad cold and delicious, the sushi fresh, and service superb; all in a clean attractive atmosphere. M– Th if you buy 2 specialty rolls you get a 3^rd free, and buy one alcoholic beverage and get a second for a penny! Great deal, great service, great place!

New to SCV, trying to find our new sushi spot. This place is very small but nice. Service was quick and friendly. Place very clean. In regards to food it was great (5 stars), great sushi, very fresh. The only reason I took a star off was price. They are a little pricey. My be I got spoiled at my last spot that had ²⁴⁄₇ specials and half off beers, but I don’t like spending 80 $ for 2 rolls, tempura mix appetizer, 2 miso soup, 1 hand roll, and kids chicken tempura, and 2 beers. I use to pay 60 $ for the same thing.

Canyon Country for sushi, Who knew??? I have eaten sushi all over the west and this was an outstanding experience. Service and food were great. Really really pleasantly surprised and will be back.

Came here with my brother & dad on a Saturday night & found a table right away. For a highly rated place I thought there would of been a wait like Kisho but was glad to find that it wasn’t cuz we were starving!
We ordered the Mega Mega Roll because of the reviews & was not disappointed. It’s absolutely delicious! Definitely their star roll!
HWY 14 Roll was like Love Sushi’s Snow Roll. Not a bad choice but they put a bit too much cream cheese in their roll compared to Love’s.
Magic Mtn Roll was ok. It’s soft shell crab & rice. Simple & not my favorite.
Dragon Roll I did not try but my dad said it was delicious & ate the entire plate to himself but then again he’s not picky.
The service was great! I love how they aren’t cheap when we ask for side sauces, ginger or wasabi. We are a family that loves our dipping sauces (eel/​ponzu/​chili oil/​sriracha/​spicy mayo) & always requests lots of ginger & wasabi. They gave us more then enough which I love so we don’t have to ask a 2^nd time which we always do at Kisho’s or Love.
Overall experience I would go back again :)

Couldn’t get into Sushi 661, aka Mr Sushi aka Akasaka, so tried the new O Sushi. Must say, it may be a non descrip theater location but they had excellent sushi. Very fresh, nice selection. So maybe if you can’t get into Sushi 661, try O Shushi. Tried assorted sashimi, Mayflower roll and Boom Boom.

Alright, I’ve been here now a few times and I can honestly say this place is the «bomb» (yes, people still say that)!
Service is outstanding, the sushi is fresh and good size portions, and the price is right.
We went there 9 people for my Dad’s 75^th, his choice… had a great time. I’m finally impressed with a sushi place in Santa Clarita Valley. Our waitress’ name was, Ysabel. She’s great!
O’sushi you guys are the real deal.

Came for lunch with my Mom and had their Vegetable Tempura Roll as well as a couple of their combos. The food came out relatively fast and was presented really well. The combos contained more than enough food and I thought the prices were fairly reasonable. I really liked their Agedashi Tofu but thought their salad was overdressed.
